told they had cancelled future subscription orders, but because this order had already been processed, I would still have to pay for it (20% discount)or return the parcel after it was delivered. I feel this is a very misleading way to do business. Customers should not be automatically enrolled in subscriptions without clear and obvious consent, and they should be able to easily manage or cancel them online. I won’t be purchasing from this company again and I recommend to anyone to avoid this company.

worth the price because it's one of those rare products that a young person actually enjoys using without being reminded. Shipping was a week from ordering to delivery. A refreshing combination of good design, quality, and understated confidence.

SCAM WEBSITE Chasing order from April 2026, have contacted the company who have apologised for the delay, still no product Initally I did sign up on a subscription bases, first monthly subscription came out, however, still havent received first lot of goods, so definately wont receive Luckily I arranged through paypal - they are now dealing with this company DO NOT USE

Received product in well packaged boxes. Did take a few weeks to arrive( still within 2 weeks) great products smell fresh & worth the wait! Any questions I had were answered immediately by staff with kindness and explanations. The extra promotion gifts were fantastic my son loves everything. Thankyou Show details

I ordered the body wash, deodorant and hair care package for my son as a trial and they automatically put me on a subscription which I did not sign up to. I managed to cancel the next shipment and asked for them to cancel the subscription which they didn't do. it's too late to return the items 2 days after I emailed them to cancel it. They need to fix up their ordering system to stop the automatic subscription and improve customer service.

Tried to cancel and can't. They keep sending product we don't want and charging debit card. No ability to talk to anyone. Phone number doesn't work. Emails get auto responses and nothing else. Total scam.

I thought I purchased a one off purchase but one month later my cc was charged again . I contacted them to cancel any further subscriptions and they gave me instructions that make no sense. Back & forth 3 times and now I realise this is a SCAM!!!!! Show details

been no updates since. I have contacted Manly a couple times now, to which [Name Removed] responded that she would contact the courier and get back to me. She did not.

Also, their FAQ page says that the shipping is free if your order is over a certain amount ($55). Mine was, but they still charged $10.50 shipping. Her response to that was, thanks for letting us know, we've fixed that now, so no one else will see it, and no you are not getting a refund.

Plus, all their advertising on Facebook says if you order the whole kit, you will get 4 free gifts. But in reality, you only get one. They change the end goal, that you have to subscribe monthly to their products to get these free items. But they are not upfront about it, so many people are unhappy about not receiving them. I would not want to subscribe to a new skin product before I knew if it would be liked/effective.

Over 20 days since ordering and still waiting...

We recieved the Hygiene Bundle items ordered using the Black Friday deal in good time for Christmas. Lovely packaging, smells really nice. or signing up to a subscription as this has left me feeling a bit ripped off and mislead after a polite but not very helpful response from Anabel apologising for not being clearer in the promotion. There's nothing in the FAQ / T&Cs and it's pretty clear that it states 4 gifts with purchase. We'd spent just under $100 after the discount, which is still significant in comparison to retail products of a similar kind. I'd recommend looking at alternative products at Atomica, health food stores or even Woolworth etc... which by the look of them are just as good and in alot of cases cheaper.

They've changed the ingredients – it doesn't work! We bought one of these and it was amazing. Worked as described. Then when we got a subscription and paid for FOUR they sent a totally different product. We had a tiny bit left in the old bottle and compared.
