Do not purchase unless you want to get display or used items – Bought a pair of Danners from maplestore online. While the product photos look new, the shoes came highly scratched. Reached out to Maplestore and they said all shoes they got scratch like that. Customer service originally agreed order from US and ship a brand new pair to us, and a day later came back and said they do not have plan to restock any time soon. I was so disappointed since I wanted the boots for long and asked what can be done or otherwise I can only leave bad review. They owner surprisingly stepped in and said it is not economical to order just for us which makes sense, but I don’t understand why they can’t push their restocking plan earlier as all sizes have run out of stock. And the owner then said the shoes were originally not able to be refunded under Black Friday discount and not sure on what ground can we leave bad review. We were so angry as we were paying the price of new boots for display products and the photos online were literally misrepresented. We could do nothing but get a refund, and order from Danners directly, and the condition is far better as seen in the photos (stock photo - from Maplestore vs boot on feet - from Danners). Do not ever purchase from Maplestore unless you want to get second handed or display product by paying the price for new items.
