First time using it maybe I dont know how to use it) * every few hours I get alarm on batteries while I am connected to power! too annoying specially when we are sleeping * Leaking over annex roof, first time used on rain * 1000 watt inverter power or battery is not stable at all, 200AH battery died in few hours while I used that for starlink! 200AH battery should be able to run 70 watt starlink for a 24 hours We asked to fix the issues that we knew before the delivery and been told they don't have space in the store.... and yet it is not fixed after 4 months!

Pretty good, after I fixed a few issues – We've had this camper for 5 years and have been generally pretty satisfied with it. the water tubing had been cut too short and not properly pushed into its fitting, so it popped out as soon as there was any water pressure.
The next issue wasn't immediately obvious. On our first trip, I noticed that the readings on the battery management system made no sense and the solar wasn't working anywhere near as well as it should. When we got home I downloaded the battery management controller manual, because it wasn't supplied with the camper, and traced the wiring. Basically, it was done completely wrong.
The temperature sensor that is supposed to be attached to the battery terminal was simply coiled up and shoved into the electrical box, which means the controller had no knowledge of the battery temperature.
The current shunt, which is supposed to be installed in the negative line at the battery, was connected to the positive line and in the wrong place in the circuit, so the controller simply had all the wrong information.
No warranty claim was made. I fixed these problems myself because I had absolutely no confidence that anyone who would screw things up so badly and carelessly could be trusted to fix them up.
