PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. HE FINISHED FIVE curtains, a mattress and a rug clean IN LESS THAN 25 MINS AND CHARGED $500. THE MOULD AND STAIN ARE STILL THERE NOW.
Terrible – Absolutely terrible as soon as he arrived price went up from quote it was over $100 more.. he walked around with a little wet vacuum from Bunnings I could have hired. Took him under 2 hours $520 such a waste of money.

Here’s what happened: • Upon arrival, the technician demanded upfront payment before starting any work. • He instructed my wife to leave the property while he performed the treatment. • My security cameras recorded him leaving the property within 10 minutes, despite charging $880 for the service. • During the treatment, a powder was applied to my children’s mattresses, which I was later advised by a professional pest control team might require disposal due to safety concerns.
I contacted a reputable pest control company after this experience, and they were appalled at the poor quality of the work and recommended I report the matter to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). My bank has also advised me to file a police report, which I will be doing.
When I reached out to “[Name Removed]” for details about the chemicals used and a refund, he refused to cooperate and stopped responding. The invoice I received had a different company name than the one listed for payment, which raises concerns about the legitimacy of this operation.
This experience has been stressful and costly for my family. I am sharing this review to help others avoid a similar situation. Please be cautious when choosing a pest control service and thoroughly research the business beforehand.

provided replacement carpet. Was told needed new underlay, agreed. Instructed to put heavy weight on it for 48 hours. Direct Debit to Marks Maintenance Service ANZ account. Was not provided and have not, despite multiple requests, received an invoice. Carpet not glued, edges not approximated, not invisible. contacted Fill Carpet. [Name Removed] (booking agent) tells me there is no customer service. I have sent over 8 emails. These scammers state their warranty is for 24 hours, they don't provide refunds and they apparently don't respond to emails. The carpet patch is now lifting and loose, as it is in the master bedroom doorway, it is only a matter of time before I trip over an edge and injure myself. I have reported to consumer protection.
Duct cleaning - horrible job – At first I was quoted $240 over the phone. And then the guy arrives. With a vacuum and a compressor. He spends maybe half an hour here doing the ducts. Worst company avoid at all cost – They charged $250 for a small carpet patch repair and did an awful job. When I complaint about the workmanship and asked them to fix it properly they said they can't do anything and will not refund my money.

wasps nest from the outside of my house but then noticed a small tiny stump left and as the day progressed the wasps returned. After many phone calls and them ‘accidentally’ hanging up they assured me the guy will be back with an hour. After an hour and a half I get a phone call to say he is 5 minutes away. 45 minutes later I messaged him to ask how far away he was. His response was he was in his way to another job and “did I still have wasps?” I rang the main mobile again. He assured me the man would be back at 6:34 which was exactly an hour’s time. He didn’t arrive. I rang again at 7 and asked for a refund. “Sorry you have to ring our complaints department tomorrow” he said. I just recently sent them another photo of the wasps and the guy said “I will remove tomorrow”. I am not holding my breath. The worrying thing is we don’t even know who this company is. I don’t know how I got sucked in. I am always so careful.

SCAMMER ALERT – Do not trust this company. They are scammers. They are not actually qualified for the job. They have been reported along with the person who came to my house with CCTV footage, car rego, and bank details. The male locked himself in the bathroom and didn't do anything in my home. He was suppose to clean the tiles and grouts.

Absolute scammers – I’ve reported them. They’re con artists and liars. Their money spinning operation is national and they use all different company names. This isn’t how business can be done in Australia. There is no recourse for their actions unless you report them. They talk around in circles and hang up when they’re cornered. One also pretended he didn’t understand me. Do not give them your money under any circumstances.
Do not ever use this company again!!! – Had pest control done few weeks ago, still see ants, spider in the house. Claim they have warranty, no response! Made a big mess at home as well

Scam! Scam! Scam! – This company is a scam service. They are also known as True Pest Control, Pestico Pest Control and Sams Maintenance and Pest Control. Do not use any of the above services. They are 100% scams!
No contractor insurance documents – Provided a possum cage and when followed up with for insurance documentation was very rude and refused to provide the information. Will never use again!
IMPORTANT: Diana Maintenance + Ultra Pest Control + Mark's Maintenance are all scams ran under one company – Do not use any of these scammy companies they all are dodgy who do a shady job and even had a tribunal lawsuit against them in the past. Worst scammers ever – Worst company ever. They came to my place to replace a carpet patch and did a really BAD job and while complaining they told me I can go to hell and take it to fair trade. They are true scammers

mouse appeared within 2 weeks so i called to explain the situation but they kept hanging up on me. i finally got through and as i was speaking they kept passing the phone around to their different staff so i had no idea who i was talking to. Eventually i was told to email my issue to their complain team and they did respond but said i would have to pay more money for more bait. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! – Paid $390 for a small rodent problem in my roof. They said they will come back after 10 days to check the problem, they didn’t. Still hear mince in my roof and now I can’t even go into my bedroom due to a terrible smell coming from my ceiling. I have tried to call them - three days now - they just hang up the phone. Please DO NOT waste your money and time with this company.
Terrible results – Absolutely disgusting service and complete waste of money. I wish I had read all the horror reviews before paying this "company" (?) To clean my lounge suite and do pest control. Lounge suite still not clean enough and so far still not dry after 2 and a half weeks !!!! And I have still sighted live cockroaches after same length of time !!! Don't use them, they are useless and hopeless at communication.

GreatCarpetCleaning last Feb.
The initial quote was $70 per curtain and $140 for 3-seater couch clean. I have 3 curtains so that will be $350 in total. The guy was a few hours late and he came with another guy who was obviously new to the job because he was teaching him while they were cleaning my couch. When they arrived he checked the curtain, he said one of them is too big so he has to charge double and he also tried to argue that my 3 seater sofa should be charged higher because it is a sofa bed. He tried to offer several add ons like anti-bacterial spray, deodorizer and anti-mould which were $60 each for couch and curtain. The quote went up to $600 and they said if I pay by card it will be additional 10% so $660, but if I pay cash then it will just be $600. So I went for cash.
The couch cleaning was a nightmare, the machine was too loud and looks really dirty. It was not a steam cleaner, it was just a vacuum. When they emptied the water of the vacuum it was really dark and filthy. And when they spray the antibacterial the floor got all wet and muddy. I didn't even know if that chemical is real or just plain water. And it was so stressful that the guy was teaching the other which took more time with the new guy practicing on cleaning our couch.
Then he went on to say that it will be much better if they take the curtains so they could really clean them well, press them and apply the spray. He said he will return it in 3-4 days. Given the stress I went through with the couch, I agreed for them to take the curtains. On the 4th day I called to follow up, I was told that curtain cleaning takes 2 weeks. I have explained that the guy said 3-4 days, he said he will call me back. No call backs. I've tried to reach them several times they couldn't give me a clear answer and just keeps on telling me someone will call me. Nobody calls. Worst customer service. Finally I have contacted the technician who went here and took the curtain, he said he will return it following day. He did, except that the curtain looks the same if not worse. It just smells like it's been stuck on the car. I keep on asking was it really cleaned how come it doesn't smell nice. He said they do not use anything that smells like soap or whatever.
He brought another guy who is obviously not from the same company because he asked if he can bring his friend, they have two separate cars, I told him I only have 1 parking slot but they insisted to park on another slot which they are not allowed to park. They rushed hanging the curtains with few hooks missing some spot we had to redo it.
I know I've been scammed. I intend to find them and put a review but they are not on google review or product review. I felt so helpless, I tried to report to ACCC scamwatch. Then just today someone from Mark's Maintenance called me to follow up on the job for auditing purposes, I told him the whole story. He said he was sub-contracting to these guys and he will ask them to re-clean my curtain. He said wait for a call, I told him they don't call back ever. I followed up with him after a few hours, he said just wait for a call. No one called.
Couldn't find a dead rat! – Checked the roof space not once, not twice but three times - insisted it was in the bedroom and left me with the stench. Called another company who came within the hour and found it in the roof space within 5 minutes. Don't call this company if you want results.
