charge. Despite this, I was charged an additional labour charge, with the technician stating he was “not informed.” This reflects poor communication, incorrect diagnosis, and unreasonable billing. I would not recommend this company.
Ridiculous – Our washing machine was acting up - turning on and off in a constant loop - and I was referred to this company by the manufacturer. The technician arrived, had a look and told me there was a problem with the microcontroller and that they would give me a quote for parts and labour. The call out fee was 150. So in total I assume the cost of repair would be 850, 100 less than the cost of a new machine. I did some research and found the part, "the microcontroller" as specified by the tech. It was $230 with a wait time of 20-40 days. The technician didn't specify the wait time nor did they give me the part no. in the quote something I had requested. I opened up the machine myself and found the microcontroller after jiggling the clip connection the machine was fixed. This company over quoted me. I feel terrible for people who have no choice but to use them
Nightmare – Had an issue with my dishwasher and the technician who came said a part needed to be replaced. After spending close to $400 to replace it, the issue was not resolved. times. The technician was also very rude and arrogant. Their customer service is appalling. In the end, I just had to replace my dishwasher. A waste of money and time. Avoid this place at all costs.
Worst technical servicing company – The technician that came out was very rude and had no knowledge whatsoever about my problem. Didn't even attempt to put in effort to look into it properly either. On top of that, the prices they quoted me were much higher than any other company's quotes without even fixing my problem. Worst decision to call these people!
Horrible service – Extremely bad service from the technician and customer management. Technician was late and also did not know what was going on after multiple visits. Both customer service and the technician insisted I keep paying them without any proper explanations as to what the issue actually was and when questioned about this, they were very rude and unprofessional. Never had an experience like this before.
Great service and very knowledgeable technician – The door on our Leibher fridge had dangerously come off hinge after suspected moving damage. The technician came out that same day and fixed it. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, well priced.
Outrageous avoid them – I engaged Marlow Appliances to repair my freezer. They attended 7/4/2021. They were supposed to call me 30 mins before so I could ensure attendance. They did not bother to do so. button.[2 mins at most]. He then closed the refrigerator. Told me that it does not work. [Hardly a revelation]. He told me it would have to go to the factory to replace the condenser at a cost of $2000-2300 as well as another attendance to remove it at $300 to transport the Freezer to the factory. He told me the condenser could not be repaired.. that they do not repair condensers because it costs to much as an hourly fee. The freezer is half of the refrigerator standard size. He did not touch anything else. The bill was $175. Their web site is very reassuring but misleading. This was just unreasonable. When I engaged them I gave them the brand , and told then the fan was not working, the power would not go on ,their was no vibration and no cold at all. From that call which was supposed to be a 'diagnosis' they already knew on the booking call what had they would tell me what had to be done as there were no options other options...they don't repair on sight the built-in Liebherr. This was predatory conduct. When I complained the next day this was confirmed as the lady said that they don't open the fridge on sight because it can explode. So what do they do...they pressed the on/off button and they reel out the cost ..over $3000 in total.
