Poor quality burners – The stainless steel burners burn out in just a few months and new ones are so hard to get. I'd like to get cast iron replacements but can't because of the unusual length.

Great Product, Great Company, Great Service – Purchased the product as i was so impressed with the build and standard of the BBQ. After the asembly found a few pieces missing and contcated customer service at Masport, The phone was answered by a Human being promptly and had my problem sorted out within minutes.
