Excellent Service! – I needed a comprehensive building report for a pre 1900's multi story building. Dan was exceptional in finding defects I would not of picked up. He turned up on time, delivered the report on time which was detailed and comprehensive; far more detailed than what I was expecting. I cannot recommend Master Building Inspectors highly enough! Only 5 Stars? I need to give them 10!!

Aboutstructures.com.au - Excellent Building Inspector – Ross Laughton from Aboutstructures.com.au did an excellent inspection of our newly built house at the practical completion stage, picking up many defects that I did not see my self. The builder was then required to fix all defects that Ross had identified - well worth the price of inspection and he was very competitive with his fee.

8Homes Build – Great prices, easy communication! We had a great build when Wayn joined their team. He was quick to advise us of time required to finalise the build. Would build again with 8homes.

Fast Report Time – Great service. We recently used this company for a building inspection on a commercial premises we were purchasing and the report was received the same day as the inspection. Very informative.

Beware very poor building inspector – I employed [name removed] to conduct a building inspection and paid the higher fee for the more comprehensive evaluation. After moving into the house only a few days later I found numerous defects not listed on the report. to grow around the hole it had been there that long. On the roof there was complete rows of screws/nails missing out of the corrugated iron. Doors didn't line up so would not lock. Paint lifting from ceiling where water leaks were present. After moving in [name removed] was not interested claiming my issues were not Major structural issues but had they been picked up during inspection the seller would have been responsible for the repairs rather than me.

Do your self a favor and get a reliable building inspector!

standards. Armed with the detailed report provided by the inspector, when the issues were raised with our builder all problems were swiftly rectified with no complaints. Our inspector was also always happy to answer any questions we had or explain in detail any parts of the report we did not fully understand.

I would highly recommend Master Building Inspectors to anyone building a new home. Prices are fair and reasonable and the whole process gave us peace of mind throughout our build.

Prompt service but in my case did not hold builders accountable – Found a defective load bearing wall. Recommended that it be certified by a structural engineer, with no rectification required by the builder. engineer to determine this - not no rectification required. Also because his report said no rectification required my builder did NOTHING has not even provided the certification for the load bearing wall which was defective. As such I am no longer using this company and I cannot recommend it.

Professional Prompt Service – This was a first time build for us and we wanted peace of mind it was being built to code. We had Josh inspect each stage which he did in a timely manner and we received the inspection reports the next day. On final inspection it was great having Josh point things out that we would not have seen or realized needed fixing. happy customer :) – Josh from Master Building was very helpful. We had him inspect our new house during construction and he was always on time and release the detailed report quickly. I found it was hard to request site manager to fix our problem, but Josh made it easier for us. He was my body guard while dealing with the builder.

Value for money – Josh the inspector was on time and picked things wrong with my new house build for the builders to fix. He discovered minor details that has been overlooked and even found that something was not up to code. Best money I ever spent during a house build, even if he didn't find anything wrong it would have been peace of mind.
