the ugliest outcome, leaving you to pay even more to hire a professional to fix the mess.
Attached are the photos taken three months after his work—please notice the leveling of the grass and wood! While they may showcase photos and videos of seemingly well-done projects, I’ve reached out to several others who have had similar experiences, and they are equally dissatisfied. Every piece of work done feels like it was completed by someone who learned from YouTube rather than by a skilled professional.
Don’t waste your hard-earned money! Proceed with caution if you’re considering hiring them.

Worst Job ever – I hired him for a concrete job around the house for about 82 m2 in total and his charge was 65$ per m2 which is not at all less for a plain concrete job. day's work. And my feeling was confirmed in just a day when it started cracking all over the place. He did not level it properly due to which water stays, in some places he just dropped the concrete and has not done the finishing at some points exposing the gravel, water bubble holes in the concrete and concrete peels off at the edges. He came to fix the cracks and made it even ugly by patching concrete of different colour due to which the complete look was gone with all the patchwork. And the patches also did not lost for long. So he convinced me to color the concrete to reduce the cracking at my expense. I knew that he just want to cover up his shabby work by coloring, but had no choice but to accept it as it was looking pretty ugly with all the patch work.
After the job, he blames the concreting company he ordered concrete from, the weather, etc.. All these choices were his including the date & time on which the job is done. And with 15 years of experience, he should know how to handle all these elements of weather, etc... He doesn't acknowledge that it is a bad job with bad quality concrete. I hope the pictures are good enough to speak about his work. He just saves money by not employing enough people for the job and praises himself that it's a 4 personal job that he did all alone. And the results of it can be seen in a day.

The worst – We got concreting done with this man based on online reviews. Unfortunately the job done was completely shabby. I have received another quote from someone to fix this disaster and it is going to cost us $6500. We are not wishing any good things for this guy as we feel like crying whenever we we get in to the backyard.
You get your money’s worth – You get your money’s worth. He will give you cheap price but expect the quality to be cheap also. Actually his price is only a bit cheap so my advise is to pay a little bit extra and you get better quality. The fencing he did for us was wavy and inconsistent. Very very crap guy – Hi, I trusted and hired this guy for Landscaping, Driveaway, House around the concrete and fencing but this guy charged me a lot and did dodgy crap work. He made me so upset and I can't do him anything,. I argue everyone please don't hire him for any type of work. Worst concreter on Hi pages and lack absolute no professionalism at all! Stay aware at all cost! – If you are contemplating of hiring Master Simos because of his 'GLOWING REVIEWS on Hi Pages' and his 'CHEAP QUOTES" my suggestion to you is read my review, save your headache, time, pay a bit more money to get a professional to do the job. to which the outcome is similar to getting a kid to do a concreting job. No excuse in taking other people's money only to produce a poor job to which I am contemplating of ripping it out! In addition to the job, his concreting left splatters all over the job site, my drive way, dump the left over concrete on my nature strip, deep scratch on my driveway clearly showing no form of care and respect at all!
As I am writing this, I am fuming mad because I am still cleaning his MISTAKES and it is not DONE YET! Did I call him to rectify his mistakes? Oh yes ! all he could say was that I have already paid the money and he even got the cheek to blame his worker for failing to do his job of cleaning up! Sugar coated the situation by promising to return to fix one of the issue and as you might guess by now I am still waiting for his call.
About the crap concreting job, I requested simple gray concrete but what I get is three different shades of colour! I am guessing that he even SKIMP on the materials to produce this job as he had to rush out in the middle of it to buy more materials. His trailer has a flat tire during that time and he seem to be concern more of this than completing the job! Left the job half way to fix the matter without informing me at all. Thank you very much!
