This BBQ produces inadequate heat and/or does not distribute the heat evenly to use to roast a chicken. The inbuilt thermometer struggles to get to 200c. I suspect it is inaccurate as even a very small chook takes over an hour and a half to cook (I use a bluetooth temperature probe to monitor doneness). Critically the chicken does not brown AT ALL so although it is cooked it looks really unappetising as the skin remains a pale pinky white.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $559.
