Shocking company – I ordered 2 personalised key rings in November 2016 & the item is still in their tracking system as processing. They do not reply to emails. They just take your money & you never hear from them again. Something should be done about this website.
Emailed twice re: custom piece - no response – Emailed them twice about a custom piece of jewelry, never got a response to either. Pretty disappointing as it would've been an easy sale for them!

Still waiting.....ordered pendant 1 November 2015 – Bought for my wife - hoping to give it to her for Christmas. Was told on 27 December 2015 it was 'dispatched'. Now into February 2016 and still hasn't arrived. They won't even answer their emails I have sent asking for information. Do I have to give them a rating?
Never again – I orded a necklace on the 27th October. It was through a deal site that's fine print was delivery before Christmas. After trying to email them early December to check on my order, with no response. Still no word my husband then contacted them and they finally answered him informing him we would have it by Christmas. WE ARE STILL WAITING
Terrible! – I ordered a pendant for my mother with all her grandkids names on it, as a Christmas present. The order was placed on 9th November 2015, and it is now 22nd December, 2015, and I still DO NOT have the item. I am furious. If they cannot fulfill the orders, then they need to stop processing them! I don't even want to give them one star!

send it back and they fixed it, however not in the same condition it was received when new. Once more, in October and another stone fell out. It's November now and they are telling me they can do a 'fix' for $10 (because it is now out of warranty even though the first stone fell out the first night it was given and put on), however I want my money back as I don't think there is any point repairing it yet again. DO NOT BUY from these people as their products are not very good quality and neither is their customer service.
No company phone number makes it a big dodgy though. If anyone wants to contact them via phone or lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs, here is a number I found after some searching 0433 427 388. Not sure if it's still valid but at least there is a number there you can use when lodging your complaint.
TERRIBLE, – I order 1 small pillow case it's now going on 11 weeks, and still no item. Never will i order or recommend this company to anybody.
Still Waiting!!!! – I purchased 2 x personalised cushion covers which i was told would take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. That was on the 31st July and i am still waiting.. When i contacted them it took forever in getting a reply, thats if i did get one and all i got was excuse after excuse. Very unprofessional.. Wont be recommending and definitely wont use them again

cheaper and faster from Hong King for the same thing. I was expecting a level of extra quality going through this company, sadly I was deceived.
Horrible experience! Never again! – It arrived after 5 weeks. They're probably shipping it from china otherwise it can't take this long from syd to syd. They reply back after about 3 days so no point writing to them. They need to seriously do something about it because I'm out. Thanks
Good customer service and complaint handling – I bought some customised 18k gold plated jewellery from this site and got the products as described, very good quality. Had issue with a product which I communicated to seller via email. She accepted, resolved and sent me the correct product along with a prepaid package to return the faulty product. I am Happy with the product and service.. Recommend this website.
