John and his team did a great job of caring for my Grey Hound, Diesel. He stayed for two weeks and returned happy, healthy and shiny clean (thanks to complimentary wash on exit). Extra care was taken in ensuring his eyes received drops twice each day (for a congenital problem). Thank you John!
