From start to finish they were reliable, professional and well priced. Adam made the process really easy for us, kept us proactively updated with progress and was always responsive, which gave us a peace of mind. What we probably valued the most was their collaborative approach to improve the layout and usability of both the bathroom and the kitchen. We highly recommend.

Lovely family company and a beautiful bathroom – We had our bathroom done with Matrix recently and it is amazing!! It feels so luxurious and the work is beautifully done. Adam and Reggie were professional, honest and lovely!

Very unhappy experience – My original review of my negative experience with Matrix Bathrooms prompted the owners of the business to threaten me with legal action unless I removed it. So I have. What can't be removed is the unsatisfactory and negative experience I had with this company and that I am entitled to share. That experience included, paying some $10k to Matrix, not having the project that was contracted to be done completed, having several disagreements with them during the course of the work that was done, having my requests that they resume work and complete the project ignored, spending many many months without a central bathroom, toilet and and laundry, having to lodge a dispute with the Victorian Domestic Building Dispute Resolution agency, and having to go back to the market place to have the project finally completed by another builder. Indeed an unhappy experience.
