No more uncomfortable hot mattress! – After years of discomfort as a hot sleeper on pillow top mattresses, Andrew recommended the Mlily Capella Hybrid mattress. Now, me being sensitive to movement and picky was very disappointed in our new mattress after the first night. Don’t get me wrong, it was just sooo comfy but it “ jiggled “ when hubby moved. (can’t stand that feeling). Next morning I went to tell them, afraid the answer would be too bad too sad you bought. However, no no no, we will work something out, refund your money and return your old mattress if you prefer, but Andrew came up with a few solutions for us to try. And I have to say he was more right than us!! He knows what he’s talking about. We kept the mattress. Fantastic service, great mattresses made in Victoria, Australia, with foam not made with formaldehyde. We would not hesitate to recommend Matresses direct to Public to anyone. Zero complaints – The owner spent an hour with us, taking special care of our body shapes. So pleased we could buy Australian designed and made. Dream sleep – I'm so pleased with the mattress I brought. It was cheaper than my old one but it's 100 times better. Absolutely love it. The staff were very helpful and friendly, answering all my questions. The owner is really nice and he delivered it the same day which we didn't expect but were greatful for. mattress is batter than another, was very generic that each mattress is different,latex is good, spring is good, memory foam is good. However, based on my research as I have got back pain, I selected spring coil mattress. On my second visit to the store, I met Andrew and Karen, owners of the store. They are wonderful people and explained everything to me in detail including heavy duty mattresses and which mattress will be good for my back. Delivery was on time. Andrew had operation on wed and came to deliver on sat. I was impressed with his level of commitment. I bought one of the premium firm mattresses from the store, i am enjoying my sleep, even though it is just one week but after talking to owers, I dont think so i will regret my decision later on. I had bad experience with big reputed stores in the past where the mattress is covered only under warranty and that means 6 cm of sagging is allowed which is not good for a person with bad back pain. but at this store, mattress comes with 10 yrs of guarantee. If any fault/sagging with mattress, Andrew will fix on same day of the complaint.Also mattresses are local made.

she asked what budget I was looking to spend, though they had mattresses on their website that were less expensive than my budget. Really bad service would never even consider buying a mattress there now and would recommend others to shop else where. Why deal with that! Go to Sleep and Dreams in Nunawading they have why better service.

Great store! – Recently moved house and had to purchase 3 new beds and mattresses. After looking at various stores a friend recommended Furniture Bazaar in Greenfields. Why didn't we go there first!
