Maxi-Cosi Mico 12 Questions & Answers
VerifiedAt what age or weight is it suggested or recommended to remove the newborn insert? I've found bub fusses a lot and that the thigh buckle presses into her legs, so perhaps even at only 5kg she's too big?
Hi Danielle, The Mico 12 inserts are designed and tested to be used from 0-6 months. All babies grow at different rates, the infant insert can also be removed earlier at the parent’s discretion to make your baby more comfortable. If you have any further questions please feel free to call us on 1300 809 526. Kind Regards, Mark, Maxi Cosi Team.
Can this be attached to the baby jogger city select using the same adapters for the other maxi cosi capsules? As baby bunting are saying it cannot be attached to any pram.
Hi Kai, Whilst we know the Mico 6-month versions are perhaps the most compatible baby capsules with the widest range of strollers, as the Mico 12 is so new, it will take some time for it to reach similar levels of compatibility – this is because stroller brands also need to undertake their own testing. Please feel free to contact our consumer care team on 1300 809 526 as there may be some great opportunities with travel systems we can help you with. Kind Regards, Mark Maxi Cosi Team.
