The pram may look solid, but it's not as reliable as it seems. A rear wheel is damaged, and I can't find a replacement anywhere. What's the use of removable wheels if the company doesn't stock any parts in Australia? It's extremely frustrating. I regret my choice, as other brands provide easy access to replacement parts, making them a far better option. Show details

Best decision I made – I bought this stroller hoping it would be the right fit and it was!!! My little one had no issues sitting in it for extended periods. Easy to fold and fit into the back of the car. No problems manoeuvring one handed and even did well on grass and uneven terrain. I especially loved shopping with it as it held so many items with no issue. I had bags… Read more · 1
hanging everywhere. This pram took a beating and it looks like I babied it. I liked how you can keep adjusting the unit as your child ages. I bought this item in 2020 from a baby retailer for mid 400’s and I used it for over 2 years. 100% recommend this item. My friend was so impressed I gave it to her for when she has kids.
Worth your money! – We love our Zelia stroller! Have been using it since birth. I love how you can convert easily to a basinet for naps and can choose to cover to world facing or parent. Sadly one of our rear wheels were damaged, but thankfully Maxi cosi sent out a new set without any troubles! So happy to be back into action again and will continue to buy their products. Thanks Fiona and Maxi Cosi team :) Show details · 1
I LOVE this pram – My daughter loves this pram and was very comfortable in it. I love the storage basket! It fits sooooo much! Unfortunately the frame broke and maxi cosi sent me a new one free! Great pram and company Show details
Regret – I bought this pram for my newborn a year ago, I really liked it and was reasonable price but after that I notice the head part is lower then the leg part..somehow I manage and ignore it but later only after couple of month the wheels was not at all smooth it's so difficult to move freely because the wheels got stuck by itself.. i nearly fall down… Read more
because of this problem it's so frustrating.. i wish I would have bought something else..i would not recommend this product at all..
Not the pram for me – Overall the pram is great. Lovely made, easy to steer but it is designed for little babies. My baby is 9 months old and already too long for it. I did find when he was a newborn and it was in bassinet mode the head tilted lower than his feet so had to raise the back rest slightly (if i moved him further to the foot of the pram he wouldnt have… Read more
fitted in the straps and his head would have been covered by the bootie).
I bought it as it converted from bassinet to seat without having to have extra attachments however now that he is bigger the seat mode is not very deep so looks like he is going to fall out and only held in by the straps when the pram is upright. Have to have pram tilted back more than preferred to assist him to sit back in the pram.
Overall with Covid etc I have used the pram minimally before 6 months and now he has outgrown it for it to be comfortable.
I definately didn't get my monies worth and would only recommend to families who are having a small baby.

Regret this purchase! – I bought this pram because it was a decent price and I liked that it was reversible and converted to an upright position without the need of another attachment. Ive been using this for 10 months now and I've finally decided that I'm going to purchase a new pram. There is something wrong with the front axle, the wheel keeps turning sideways,… Read more
especially on floorboard and vinyl floors, it's not as bad on concrete but still not smooth. My baby seems to like it I guess but it feels heavy and hard to manoeuvre. The cover is also pretty flimsy and the cup holder is not good at all. I wish I had just paid an extra few of hundred and purchased a proper, long lasting, smooth and sturdy pram. I did contact customer service and asked about the wheel, I was told to give it a wipe. But im just not happy with it overall, so I will be purchasing an entirely different pram.

Great for newborns – I bought this pram because it could easily convert from bassinet to toddler seat and that has been great. The basket underneath is a good size too. It is a wide stroller especially with the cup holder attached however it's easy enough to manoeuvre. It folds up easily and fits nicely into the boot of my small hatch. It's also quite light when… Read more · 1
folded. It's well padded and seems comfortable, my baby loves being in the pram. I had some issues with my first pram however the maxi Cosi customer service team have been quick and super helpful and a replacement was organised within 24hours.
Convenient 2 in 1 bassinet/stroller – I bought the pram by itself (without a car seat) and I’m pretty happy with it. I think it’s great that the seating unit doubles as a bassinet and stroller seat. Folding and unfolding the pram is simple and easy enough, although the unit with wheels is a tad heavy when lifting into the car boot. I love the navy fabric and it’s pretty soft and cushy… Read more · 1
for bubs to sit in. The harness belt isn’t the easiest to put on but keeps bubs safe. The sun canopy could ideally have been a bit longer.
Not great but amazing customer service – We purchased this pram for our baby and were feeling really happy with our choice before the baby was born. Now our son is 5 months old and we're extremely disappointed with the performance of the pram. For starters he's already too big for the bassinet and is almost too tall when it is in the toddler seat position. The rain cover does not close… Read more
properly and so water falls through the flap onto his face. Not only this but the break sticks so it won't release on one side, the chassis is completely warped and the wheels are now leaning inwards so the only way to turn the pram is to lift it up by the handle bar and pivot it on the front wheels. Due to the warp in the chassis the pram no longer folds flat which makes it very difficult to use considering it was already a two-handed job to begin with. I have contacted Maxi Cosi about these issues but have yet to hear back from them. To be honest I have lost complete faith in the brand and am considering replacing our Maxi Cosi car seat as well as I now doubt the construction and safety of this as well. I would only be happy with a refund of the cost of the pram as we are going to have to spend a lot of money to replace it with a better brand. My advice is spend the money on a better quality pram to start with to avoid having to replace this pram in less than a year.
***I am wanting to update this review to say that the customer service from Maxi Cosi has been amazing and I really couldn't fault them on how they handled our pram issues. Within 24 hours they had arranged for a full refund after we supplied proof of purchase and some photos of the pram. They have fully restored my faith in the brand and I am sure that the issues with my pram are not necessarily a reflection of the product.***

Pretty decent – It’s a pretty decent park easy on pocket... there are little issues with canopy and sometime the wheels make weird noises but it’s good for newborn to 18months(I think) love that it’s turns into bassinet from pram so when Bub need a nap you can easily turn it into a bassinet Show details
Great for newborns – I have been using this pram for my baby since birth, she always sleeps very well in the bassinet mode, I feel she is very well protected and comfortable while in it. Pram is solid and good quality, no issues with suspension. However once she grows heavier and cannot fit in the bassinet, I may change to another pram, due to the the below reasons: … Read more · 1
1. Pram is heavy and bulky to store. 2. Folding and unfolding requires both hands with multiple steps 3. Pram is wide and hard to use in busy areas/ restaurants 4. Canopy does not come low enough
Would not recommend at all! – Continuously disappointed with this pram. The canopy doesnt stay in the fully extended position without popping backwards. There is no padding at all for my Bub who likes to fall asleep leaning to the side so weve had to diy our own pillows so her head isnt up against the bar. The harness positions leave no headroom. My baby has now outgrown this… Read more
pram at only 9months old, there is heaps of leg room left but her head is touching the canopy. The upright seat position is just all wrong, too vertical and as the outer frame is fixed you cannot bend the foot section up for support so she looks and feels like shes going to slide right out and she absolutely hates it. Big regrets buying this pram

Perfect for our small car – We purchased the maxi cosi zelia as we loved the idea that it could go from a bassinet all the way to a seat. It fits well in my Kia Picanto when folded. The only issues is it is difficult to steer once anything is in the bottom basket so I worry how it will go once my son starts getting bigger. Show details · 1
Best pram ! – I bought this pram for my 3rd child as I was not happy with my first pram... I absolutely love it! So light and easy to pack away. So easy to maneuver as well. My daughter loves it too, always falling asleep in it. Only downside is it doesn't work well on sand - luckily i barely go to the beach! Show details
Great pram – Very satisfied with this item, and I bet my kids love it too, they look so comfy & enjoy how smooth this pram is across all terrains. 4 years & still got a lotta life in it
