Good, but clumsy – Appears to work well if you use it with the hose stretched out which allows condensation to run back into unit. The stand is a bit clumsy.I had to add tape around the tube to ensure a tight fit. Even doing this, it still wobbled a bit. I found using a ironing/drying rack instead a lot more secure. Cleans pillow odors, mattress odors etc. irons well and refreshes suits etc which means one saves on dry cleaning bills. Easy to use, and notvery expensive comapred to other major brands. The stand leaves a lot to be desired.
