Not happy with the unit at all, no system for cleaning. Tips over backwards and gets stuck. Doesn’t suck sand from around drain plug. App doesn’t acutely convey what the unit is doing. Returning to store tomorrow to hopefully swap for a more suitable model

don't actually know anything about any repairs. They need to try and get a hold of the employees who actually deal with the repairs and initiate a call back which often doesn't happen. I was told that a replacement for the failed part had been sent out, only to call back two days later and be told that actually it has not been sent out. It's nearly two weeks now since I took my Dolphin pool cleaner in to be repaired and I am no closer to a resolution - the repairer still doesn't have the part (a replacement motor) that is needed. So disappointing as this was a very expensive piece of equipment.

shed where the robot is located. The connection there consistently tests at over 100 Mbps. Despite this, the robot constantly drops its Wi-Fi connection and cannot be reliably controlled from inside the house.
What makes this more frustrating is that other devices in the same location — including my heat pump and Aquatech pool controller — have absolutely no issues connecting to the Wi-Fi. This strongly suggests the problem lies with the robot itself, not the network.
I’ve contacted support numerous times over the years, and each time they simply blame the Wi-Fi and wash their hands of the issue. It appears the robot is using outdated Wi-Fi technology that doesn’t play well with modern mesh systems, but this is never acknowledged.
As a result, every time I want to use the robot, I have to physically walk down the garden and connect to it via Bluetooth because the Wi-Fi connection won’t hold. That defeats the entire purpose of having a “smart” pool cleaner.
The cleaning performance is also disappointing. The robot claims to intelligently target dirty areas, but in reality the cleaning pattern is completely random. It regularly skips over obvious debris and spends time repeatedly cleaning already clean areas. You can literally watch it doing this for hours. With better scanning and detection technology, the pool could be cleaned far more efficiently.
It’s also very poor at climbing shelves. While it does the walls and waterline reasonably well, it never attempts to clean the two shelves in our pool, which is quite disappointing.
Overall, between the constant Wi-Fi failures, poor support, and underwhelming cleaning intelligence, I wouldn’t recommend this robot. The connectivity issues alone make it incredibly frustrating to live with.

Could not have a pool without M700 Dolphin – We have a heavy leaf load from trees over our pool. Without the Dolphin M700 the pool pipes would jam up with leaves and twice we had to get a plumber to clear the pipes using a jetter device. Then we found the Dolphin. as it does not use a regular pool pump. We have had need of support on one occasion and found Maytronics very responsive. They resolved the problem promptly. It has been a very positive experience in every respect.

the best option for this lap pool as it has dual motors and can turn around on the bottom of the pool much faster than other models. Our home has palms, ornamental bamboo and many bushy trees where the pool is constantly bombarded with leaves and plants debris. The M700 works well in collecting just about anything. It does a good job scrubbing the walls and water line and even does the step in my pool. I had a minor issue with the M700, a rubber flap detached from the cleaner, so I contacted Maytronics Customer Care and was impressed by the assistance I received over the phone. I could have taken the cleaner back for repair or re-fit the flap myself. I was given instructions on how to re-install the small rubber flap and all is good once again. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Absolutely worth every penny! Brilliant robot! – I've owned my M700 for a couple of months and am still in awe in how thoroughly it cleans .
