My 2022 Mazda XTR beeps 5 times, every 30 seconds. Happens at all times when the ignition is on, idle, driving, reverse and forward. I've checked all warning buzzer indications in the user manual and the radio manual. No warning lights active, seat belt connected in driver positon, all other seats empty.

Hi Bob, I’m afraid I don’t know, I’m a bit of an old fella that always have to ask grandkids to fix techno.
The radio is picking up a notification sound we think from my wife's phone .The sound is radon and when the phone is turned off no sound.
We have 2021 bt50 base model which doesn’t have a gps system does anyone know if you can get an upgrade with it included.
Just connect your phone to it an use google napes off of that as its always up to date
My hubby doesn’t have a phone thats why we were thinking of an upgrade.
Phone GPS would be much cheaper and better than the Mazda navigation.
I have the BT 50 4x4 2020. My Android Auto has stopped working. I have done a reset on it and it’s still no go. I have tried a new cord and also tried my wife’s phone. It was all working but it’s just stop working and not picking it up. Can anyone please give me some advise Thanks Ross
Yeah its crap. There's a few suggestions on the bt50 fb page, but it hasn't worked for me. Seriously thinking about getting a Toyota, but I've heard they have similar problems. At least you should be able to find an after market head unit to suit a hilux but.
I have been made aware today that ISUZU have a fix for the lane assist problem which consists of a software fix and a dash-mounted on/off button. Google Izusu D max. The fix is advertised as free if requested. Taking into consideration that the Dmax and BT 50 are 'joined at the hip twins' can we expect a similar function being made by Mazda for their customers.
Bloody hope so. My Mazda BT50 lane assist is so dangerous. It's very aggressive and a joke. All the electrical safety crap is over the top on BT50. Isuzu engine is gutless compared to the Ford engine. I've had 3 Mazda BT50 and will never buy another. This 2021 model is crap. Weak
Apparently the LAS switch on the steering wheel of 2022 BT-50 models has this added function and will be a f/w upgrade on 2021 models
Great news, Mazda have come out with a fix for the LAS in 2021 BT 50 models, You are correct that the 2022 model has the button on the steering wheel. Mazda have a software fix which is computer installed utilizing the same button, its the one on the right with a steering wheel icon on it. I got mine remedied last week and it works just great. You can engage and disengage the LAS while on the move, very simple. The sad part is that it is only doing the fix if you have been complaining to them about it and not as general thing. No cost, Thanks you Mazda.
Roger, was your "fix" done in NSW? I was at the dealership in Bathurst, NSW a few weeks ago and the Service Dept. were well aware that there was anger out there amongst customers, but still did not have an official factory upgrade at that time.

Why it do that
Battery was flat due to not being used - jump started. Then very difficult to get into gear. It drove but would not change gears
My bt 50 2019 4x4 dash unit speaker suddenly stopped speaking. Its as if the mute button is on. It isnt. All device blue tooth connectivity appears on screen connected as usual, Will a reset with paper clip do the trick?
I have a 2018 duel cab 4WD and the radio reception is terrible and 3 dealerships have been unable to fix any suggestions
Agree. West of Deniliquin my Citroen picks up about FM stations. My new BT50.....just one.....and only locally broadcast stations in Albury.
