CX-5 KF Maxx AWD, 2.5L Petrol, Automatic

Nice vehicle, great quality control, good features and enjoyable to drive. The 2.5L is powerful but fuel economy could be better, maybe with better gearing to improve economy when driving on highways and there are some features that I am not a fan of. It is great however that the driving sensors are not too sensitive, in other cars they can be annoying. Competent vehicle for towing too. Show details

Never again – I have owned this 2019 CX-5 from new, a few months into owning it the drivers side door armrest cracked and caved in where I rest my arm, I waited for weeks for a new one to arrive and it was replaced under warranty, have hardly driven the car in the last 2 years and recently the arm rest cracked and caved in again, contacted the dealer was told… Read more

they need too take photos and videos to send to Mazda Australia for permission to replace the faulty armrest. The dealer told me they would contact me once they got an answer from Mazda, weeks went by no one contacted me.. I contacted the dealer and was told Mazda had refused to replace the armrest under warranty, the dealer said it cracked because I put my arm on it this vehicle still has 2 years warranty left) I contact Mazda Australia who said they don't deal with their customers and that I had to contact the dealer again to ask for a review on the decision. This CX-5 l bought new is the top of the range, they charge top dollar and use cheap plastic all over the car, this is my first and last Mazda, The warranty they offer is worthless ...beware.

Zoom zoom! – Maxx 2018 no extras. Love this vehicle. So many safety functions. Reverse camera is excellent, big screen size, so easy to read & sensors identify rear hazards. Blind spot monitoring is really helpful. Fuel economy seems good. Vision is great, nice height & good views from windscreens & mirrors. Cargo area huge. Bluetooth is great for music &… Read more

incoming calls. Music centre is easy to control from steering wheel, but you cant use touch screen while driving, which means passenger cant skip music tracks. Middle back seat passenger doesnt have legroom. Comes with an enormous user manual, but is unfortunately for all models so it lists features we dont have. Feel really safe in this car. Some big extras on 2019 model, so car just keeps getting better.

Product works greatly for me – I was looking for a second vehicle for the three drivers at home. After searching online various options I was attracted to comments on Mazda Maxx CX-5 on this web site. They are genuine feedback from vehicle owners and answered most of my queries about the car I was looking for. It became no brainer to choose this car as our second car. After… Read more

convincing my missus we went to look for a good deal in the market and got one from a local dealer. Having owned the vehicle for just a week we're quite happy with its performance and fuel efficiency. The only aspect I'm not fully satisfied is that CarPlay support costs extra $495 for 2018 model while 2019 model has it included (brochure for Mazda CX-5 presented to us in dealership is for 2019, as I found out later). This web site makes my life much easier to get useful feedback about product and help make informed and wise decision for small or big purchase.

Buyer beware – Beware! When driving in rainy conditions you can’t bloody see out the windscreen. The angle of the windscreen holds the water even when you have the highest speed working. It’s a new car with new windscreen wipers. After owning lots of cars this is far the worst. Absolute nightmare to drive in the wet. Death trap Love to hear from other owners if they experienced the same problem  Show details

Great car – Use this car every day. Typical Mazda no issues. Not a race car but looks great and goes well. Service is expensive at a dealer, but its worth it knowing you will have trouble free driving for years to come. Love the car and will buy Mazda again for sure.  Show details

Thank you Mazda I’m in love. The family also love it I have 2 children so it is very spacious.  Show details

Could not fault car had for 12months – This car is so reliable never missed a beat and fuel consumption is great I fill up once a fortnight at 70 dollars, Mazda has outdone themselves the transition is smooth and very quite first services are capped so that’s always a plus, long trips are comfortable for adults and children.  Show details

Great car with free upgrades deal – We have purchased this car during the Christmas sales and got the free upgrade deal. It is a medium size SUV that will fit the family and plenty of legroom for all the seats. The most frequently used great little features of the car are the intelligent control, bluetooth music streaming, reverse camera and dashboard, engine noise is minimal and… Read more

its fuel-efficiency makes the running cost low (make sure you get a package deal with the car dealer to obtain the above inclusion!)

Great, but the passenger seat height cannot be adjusted – It is the quietest car I've ever driven, handling and fuel usage is fine. I dislike how the front passenger seat height cannot be adjusted, sometimes I struggle to stay on the chair because my feat barely touches the ground. The fuel is fine, I only need to refill once a week, I drive 50 minutes each weekday, back and forth to work. Sometimes 400 km drives on weekends to visit parents.  Show details

Great comfort and large storage – The interior is designed very nice and comfortable with large seating area. On average, every 700km drive will cost me $50 on petrol. The large storage space in boot is really generous which can hold 4 large luggage easily without folding the back seats. There is not much noise when driving but the istop function is a little bit annoying. Every… Read more

time the engine starts again when istop turns off, the car will vibrate for a second which makes me feel uncomfortable.

Great car great value – I have the base model plus sat nav, blind spot detection, front sensor, rear camera. Can't complain much, except that the electronics doesn't work all the time. Bought in Dec and had failed to start correctly for three times. Can't listen to radio or use sat nav. Had to stop engine and restart.  Show details
