Good old fashion service – [name removed] from MC Mortgage Services was extremely responsive to our initial enquiry. He dropped everything to come and see us at short notice as we only had 1 week until we needed to be unconditionally approved for our first home. Our previous bank had left us hanging and as this was our first purchase we were extremely nervous about the whole process. [name removed] guided us through and recommended ING as they were offering a special deal for first home buyers. We were conditionally approved within 2 days and unconditional by COB on friday.
