At that point, I was already impressed enough to consider writing a review. But then, two weeks later, I received a surprise call: the company wanted to send their quality assurance team to verify that everything with the installation had been done correctly. They also made sure I knew how to operate the system properly.

Then came surprise number two. Another two weeks later, they contacted me again—this time to replace some reflective foil insulation in the ceiling that "wasn’t quite right" after removing my old evaporative air conditioning unit.

I can honestly say I’ve never experienced this level of service before. McCaig Airconditioning has gone above and beyond at every step—truly exceptional!
