Delivery didn't turn up at all. Complained through MyMaccas app. Refund denied, so no money and no food. They tried to blame Door Dash. I didn't have the agreement with Door Dash. I purchased my food with McDonalds. Who they choose to use as a third party delivery driver is a contract they have made, not me. Show details
If I could give less that would still be generous. Waited almost 1 hour for the initial 20 minute delivery. With only 2 of the 8 items delivered. None of the sauces.... Apparently the store was too busy do to the desserts. Then it's back on me to report it and ask for a refund and told it could take 16 business days to get the money paid for the items that were not delivered. How is this acceptable!
Took dasher 32m minutes to deliver when I live 5 minutes away from the local McDonald’s. Food cold and soggy- frozen drink none existent. investigation to conclude i was not eligible for refund. Called to ask how as i actually didnt get to submit my evidence, only to be told all decisions are final. End of story.

I thought the leyland brothers had a revival tour. After 45 minutes we had to leave for work. The delivery did arrive at some point. Ended up in the garbage that evening. Albaneses doctors and engineers must have joined the tour. Lesson learnt. Show details

Awful Non Service – A neighbour likes to jerk delivery drivers around & tells them his house is next to ours when it is in another street. Subsequently, we get irate drivers trying to leave the orders here. The drivers also don't use GPS when they should to make sure of the address. Terrible service – First and last time using my Maccas app and delivery. Order being prepared for an hour. When I rang to cancel a driver was suddenly on the way to pick it up so unable to cancel. Still waiting for my food 30minutes later and driver still not at store

Still awaiting refund for missing item – I placed an order for home delivery through the MyMaccas app on the 14th January 24. Once received I realised an item was missing so called the 1800 number for a refund. Thay stated it would be processed in 5 business days. I didn’t receive the refund so rang again. I recieved my delivery 13 minutes after ordering. Everything was there, & the food was Hot. Also got an absolute bargain!!! being able to claim the deals & points on my account. Don't order – After waiting for 50 minutes, when my local McDonald's is less than 3 minutes away, and seeing through GPS that the driver was picking up my delivery, it didn't happen ! cheeseburger, which was btw just a regular one, was so dry and semi hard and cold that I struggled to even pull it apart, to see if maybe the 'double' part was somehow hidden inside. Nope. But the fact that it was REALLY hard to even get this thing open was my main urk. Did they, or some idiot worker, make it with glue?,? When I finally did prize it apart, no double, hardly even the bare minimum for a regular one. See pic. And then we get to the fries. What can I say. ....from the 80s? Obviously not, but so cold and hard...just not nice...AT ALL ....read puke old oil idk...?? ....SO - even tho I was really REALLY hungry and pretty much anything would do...esp as couldn't eat the cheeseburger - literally, I couldn't. I have dentures so stuff has to be a bit soft - as in, softer than leather....and as I was struggling to tear bits off with my hands, ....I couldn't eat the fries either.
Voucher thing is scam – I ordered Mcdelivery and purposely ordered $35 more to activate a cheeseburger meal set. I didn’t get my cheeseburger and soft drink. I called the customer service and they told me they can only refund me a voucher. What a scam from such big company.

$5 for a medium coke!!! Never order again!! – Ordered a double fish fillet burger meal and ONLY the coke came!! called mcdelivery and they were only willing to refund the 60% of the meal!! seriously?! that's less than the money for my burger alone! Breakfast delivery is not great when you're being charged a fee for it – Ordered a meal at 7.20am. Restaurant confirmed and delivery estimated for 8.10-8.30. No problem. At 8.10, the status then changes to 'assigning a driver' alongside 'we'll start preparing your meal once a driver is assigned'- what was happening for the first 40 minutes? because I have twice tried to pre-order for delivery at a certain time in the morning and it still didn't arrive until 30 minutes after the time I proposed. Other restaurants who do breakfast in the area seem to be able to deliver in a timely fashion, but something is happening at McDonalds at breakfast that means that 3 out of 3 times, I've been left waiting for too long for my meals. I'd recommend ordering a meal 90 minutes before you actually want it. Update: I gave feedback to McDonalds and they said that the delay was due to availability of drivers in the area. However, I've ordered breakfast from other restaurants in the area who don't seem to have this issue, so there is something going on that drivers are avoiding doing deliveries from McDonalds. The manager's response did not indicate that there was something that they were doing to improve the service- just 'We will take your comments into consideration to make changes to improve our store experience.'

minimum $20 and over an hour waiting but still not get the food – Avoid this service since it is unreliable and unworthy. Minimum $20 order and delivery fee is $5.95. Waiting for delivery to your door take forever.
Terrible delivery range – I live 5 minutes away from my local McDonalds store (according to google maps, I guess it could take 5.5 sometimes), however delivery is not available to my home. Terrible service – Appalling delivery service! Over an hour wait for your meal to arrive at your door sometimes longer. Have ordered more than once and it takes forever to get your order.
