Problem diagnosed: problem solved – Yesterday the plumber and tiler from McElroys were here to do the repair needed to our bathroom. They were here on time; they were both remarkably skilled in their work; they spoke to me about every stage of the job. They had allowed two days for the job but it was done in one. McElroys: skilled; efficient; courteous.

Really friendly and helpful – Got these guys out to look at my hot water tank. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with a couple of different options to fix the problem.

Couldn’t fix a leaking tap in a laundry – McElroy Plumbing couldn’t fix a leaking tap in a laundry... literally... my laundry. Jumped straight to conclusions over the phone. Fixed what they thought was the issue, turned the water back on and noticed a leak in the laundry and then simply left. Showed absolutely no initiative to fix the root cause problem Buyer beware.
