ABN, definitely a scam. Haven’t tried the product yet but from reading other reviews sounds as if we will be disappointed with the quality.

Has not arrived, tracking number incorrect, no phone number to call, no help available..total scam stear clear!! UPDATE..after 3 weeks tge product arrived as per description. Communication was very poor. Yet to use it Qld Aus..it claims an Aus company it came from China

DO NOT BUY! Shipping is not 5-7 business days. It is international. Save yourself $50 and buy straight from EBay.

SCAM WEBSITE - Not Australian website, tracking ID from China, no response to emails to follow up on delivery, product not received.

The product never even arrived. Customer service was terrible. Do not recommend.

Do not buy from Meat Monitor!!! Waited a month for delivery? No replies to follow up emails. Ordered 15/11 and it was apparently sent 26/11. from China. It arrived 15/12 to the wrong state. I live in Vic and arrived in QLD. No response to email again. Says on their website insured shipping but think it’s all a scam. Chasing up with Aus Post now. Plan B for my Xmas gift.

DO NOT ORDER. Got shipping notification, over a month later still not received. Have tried to contact them four times with no response.

Wish I had come to check these reviews before buying. I am having similar issues, no reply via email, the product did not show up and I have reported the company to the ACCC. $299 down the drain. Very disappointing.

Don't buy from this website! – Item hasnt arrived. Pretty sure this site's a scam. Have not replied to 2 messages or email Update...so it did arrive 11 weeks later, quite difficult to set up, and still haven't heard from them

Faulty Product No Customer Service – This product worked once out of the box and has not worked properly since. All enquiries for help to the company have gone unanswered. I have now had to lodge an official complaint with OFT. The product has very poor connection distance from thermometers to the Bluetooth holder and then onto the phone. Clearly is faulty as one cooking session saw the product then fail. I followed all the guides regarding placement and cleaning.
