My first go with loading and ordering scripts. Stupidly got my GP to load them on the app, thinking it makes sense to go electronically. Absolutely hopeless. Too bad to go into details but going into my local pharmacy tomorrow to revert to hard copies.

This company has repeatedly breached privacy by sharing script details with the wrong people. When confronted, they make excuses and very rarely return contact. I posted publicly on LinkedIn, which made them reply, but they deleted the comment.

Absolutely one of the worst unreliable app I have ever used consistently won’t load scripts, times out, the photos of I’m human are blurred and small, I have had to constantly go to the pharmacy to have my scripts seen on their computer they also have had problems with the app after this last script is filled I will be removing this very unreliable app. I would not recommend it to anyone to install it.

Absolutely bloody hopeless Often won’t connect Awfully slow when it does Promises to update available days left in the supply of meds but doesn’t always happen Worst of all it loses, or won’t update available prescriptions lodged with pharmacy Seems that app users will ultimately require meds to overcome mental health issues delivered to app subscribers by unfortunate level of performance

Being polite very ticked off – Just discovered, without consent, that now have an account with this multi national public company. We had a similar thing with a similar company a few years ago. Found it to be very annoying and restrictive for our needs, already I have difficulties in checking escripts plus I strongly object in having personal information shared onto this site. I shall be discussing this with our pharmacist tomorrow

Would be better run by rabbits – For those thinking Med Advisor sounds like a good thing, I have two strong words of advice DON’T BOTHER. Apparently many of us got lost on the Internet when Med Advisor amalgamated with My Pharmacy (a far better App) making it impossible to log in to see how many script repeats one has remaining or to order meds etc. Med Advisor either cant be… Read more

bothered or just don’t care about fixing their deplorable website. They are aware of the problems many of us are having but cant be bothered fixing it I have wasted over two months trying to get my account sorted, changed Chemists--that Med Advisor accused of 'being lazy' for not sorting out Med Advisors website problems

Emails are misunderstood by Med Advisor and promised return phone calls simply don’t happen. Honestly Kindergarten children or rabbits could run a more efficient service. Now I have posted here I suspect they are deliberately ignoring me
