Worst smash repairers – These guys are the worst. Do not use them. My insurance company recommended them. Its been over 6 weeks and every week they keep changing dates of delivery. It was minor repairs (back bumper bar and door) but they have made it out that the van has huge damage including floor and suspension. They are taking insurance company for a ride as well as delay in repairs. They are the worst.

Poor prep and paint – 1. Painted roof of my car.....I could see the lumps and bumps they didn't bother to fix first! 2. Only days after bumper repair....developed a rainbow effect. Solvent issue. Blamed their own painter!! 3. Another bumper repair....bumper loose and cracking (like spiderweb) withing weeks. 4. Tint scratched and screws not replaced in side wind shield… Read more

(they used double sided tape). 5. Screws / lugs missing from bumper and chipped ext door trim. 6. Looking along the paintwork they did, it is not that good in my opinion. Disappointed really. 7. Never ever again.
