Recently purchased a Victorinox pocket knife from these guys, and have to say really good service. Their communication regarding purchase and delivery times was great. I purchased the item on a Tuesday night and figured interstate etc I’d possibly receive by Friday. Thursday morning it was there! The packaging of item was good, and the delivery company they use are also spot on.
We bought a set of mugs, after looking everywhere for the same mugs. The staff at Mega Boutique were only too happy to order it in for us, it took less than a week. We were very happy with the friendly service, and of course the price. We spent some time browsing in the store, and were surprised at the quality and variety of their stock. Highly recommend this store. Bev&Jules.

I recently tried buying a couple of pinch & lock silicone reusable bags from Mega Boutique to replace my Aldi’s single-use frozen zip bags. They work really well! good price, reusable, keep food fresh, and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

I ordered a special set of Waterford Champange Flutes, they took some time to arrive but when they did they were perfectly packaged and exactly what we ordered. I had put in a negative review as to the length of time for the order as I was concerned that they would not arrive. Patience pays off as they were much less expensive through Mega Boutique. Thank you.
Great options and service – Bought two keep cups - one for smoothies and one for coffee - and they arrived the next day in great packaging. Products were at the same or cheaper price than other businesses.
Cheap dinner sets at an expensive price! – Bought two Salt and Pepper Plisset white dinner sets from Mega Boutique. These sets were all scratched after the first use from cutlery. Mega Boutique will not take responsibility for this faulty item and referred me to the manufacturer, Bambis. Bambis forwarded information on how to look after scratched dinnerware. their dinnerware with a special scratch removal paste each time they use their dinnerware. The Department of Fair Trading informed me that the supplier, Mega Boutique is responsible for this purchase and should not have referred me to the manufacturer. They shirked their responsibility by referring me to Bambis. These dinner sets are made in China and are inferior quality.
Elegant way of running a business – I put my order on Monday late night, delivered to my home in Sydney with Australia Express Post on Wednesday afternoon, I can't think of any more careful way of wrapping the items delivered. I congratulate the business team on the way of taking their pride to run business so serious, I am so proud to reorder many times in the very soon future.
Product genuity is questionable – I bought 2 Royal Doulton whisky glasses to replace my broken ones. These glasses started to discolour after 2 years while my original ones did not. have been a customer of Mega Boutique for a number of years now, spending thousand of dollars, and finally see their true colours when things go wrong. That’s a pity, because I won’t be ordering from you again in future.
Terrible company to deal with – Do not deal with this company as they will not accept returns for a faulty product. I have reported them to the ACCC as this is against the rules and regulations. I purchased Avanti Varese Stainless Steel Whistling Kettle 2.5, it does not whistle, which is even listed it the products name, and it overheats so much the lid pops off and the handle… Read more
is too hot to use with a heat proof glove. I brought this to their attention the day after I received the item and was told, se below from their email,
"We are sorry to hear that the kettle you purchased from us does not suit. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept a return of an item that has been used. We are only able to accept a return and offer a refund if the item, brand new and unused, arrives damaged or faulty due to impacts during shipping. The issue you encountered is considered a manufacturing issue and for us to further process this, we will need you to provide us with a video highlighting where the item falls short so that we can lodge a claim with the supplier.
