Fixing leakage shower area – I used mega seal for fixing leakage in my toilet shower area, that made visible damage to the ceiling downstairs underneath it. Excellent job and fantastic customer service – Very happy with quote process and price. I found the person who came out to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional. kind of fell between available colours. He rectified this for the second shower three days later. I contacted megasealed to say i wasn't really happy with the colour on first shower. No issue at all. Lady on phone apologised and said they will come back out and redo and they booked me straight in. I'm very happy with final result and even happier with their customer service.

resolved by turning it tightly off. I heard great things about this company but after the first one it took a couple of months for the second to be scheduled and all the while I continued to receive these harassing emails to pay. I responded each time to say they hadn’t even finished the job! Each time they would apologise and yet more emails. It took three times for me to tell them before it was scheduled months later and finally done. The first shower looks terrible with those outdated tiles and the second took far too long. The two workers who came out were nice enough but a very terrible experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend. You’re not the cheapest doing this work so I expected with such good reviews are far better experience.

Substandard – Used Megasealed in our block and so many had to get it redone just after or before the warranty ran out. We ended up not getting any warranty work done. Used another tradesman who guaranteed for 10 YEARS. Not very capable if only a paltry 5 years. So many 5 star reviews though with no verification.

Perfect execution of the balcony waterproofing and re-tiling job – We are impressed at the how the tiler does his job. Very tidy and clean up after work each day. Very happy with the work quality. DODGY - 5 WATERPROOFING FAILS IN UNIT BLOCK – I can't understand all these 5 star reviews all sounding similar. We had, over the course of 7 years, at least 5 Megasealed jobs requiring a full redo. Of course, the warranty is 5 years so we had to double pay for them. We had a different contractor do one as the owner refused Megaseal and that one has never had any problems. reviews before even thinking of hiring these people. Look on Whirlpool, no one ever successfully got a warranty job out of this mob. Also, a lot of these new 5 star reviews have only just joined google in the past month or week. Now we have another failed membrane in shower that they only completed 2 years ago but are refusing to replace which would the the third time this waterproofing has had to be replaced by them, but never under warranty, full price always.

Would recommend – Had shower regrouted and bathroom. From getting a quote to booking in the job it was super easy and stress free. The guy who came to regrout was extremely professional, thorough. Show reply

Best people to ring for any shower related work – Cost effective quotes and great advice given. They have a team of professionals to take care of any small or big job to be done in your bathroom/balcony. They won't make you spend more if it is really not needed. Could not be more disappointed, 1 star to many – Local team extremely rude. [name removed] did NOT want to help, sent rude emails. They had 2 attempts at fixing the leak unsuccessfully. up the phone when we tried to explain that we are waiting for [name removed] to call us back but never got that phone call back, always same excuse he is on the phone or out of the office. We actually got asked not to call them because we are going to " block the phone lines" that we should wait for [name removed] to call back. Just wondering if [name removed] can ask the water in my shover to stop getting the carpet wet while we wait for [name removed] or [name removed] to do something.
