Meir Bathroom Accessories - Excellent Customer Service – I bought Meir shower wall assembly taps for my shower. While installing it, the plumber lost a small component of the tap (grub screw cover). I contacted Meir customer service and asked them whether I could buy that component of the tap. The customer service was quick to reply and informed me that the company would like to send that small component as a courtesy. After I informed them of my mailing address, they quickly sent to me two sets of that small component. Well done Meir and its customer service.
