I recently purchased a ring which was to small on arrinving. I contacted the customer service and amazingly with in a very short amount of time a courier arrived and the ring went back to the manufacturer. I reordered a new one in in the correct size. I then asked for a credit for this ring and was credited with a store credit. I explained that I would like a refund instead. Yes yes I got a refund. How wonderful to deal with a company that considers their customers. I will definitely be ordering from them again. HIGHLY recommend this company.
