Hybrid flooring – Arsam was initially great to work with, near the end of the job not so much, once my carpet was taken up I used my level to check the floors and found them to be good. A fee for 9 bags of leveler later at $200 a bag I was not impressed. Damage to walls and kitchen caused by his sub contractors was not dealt with very well. I managed to get the… Read more

bags down to about 5 after producing photos of empty bags on site. There is a number of spots floor is not even but luckily we are able to cover with furniture. The kick board in the kitchen which was damaged by the subby, who didn’t even tell us, I had to point it out when he walked out the door for the day, he came back and went straight to it, obviously he new he caused it. Arsam himself came in and repaired, the kick board did not have a join but now does. This repair is now coming undone and when I rang him he said, I left the glue with you, just put some on yourself. So much for after service. Keep an eye on his sub contractors if you chose to use them.
