Melbourne's Finest

1. Despite the name this business is neither in Melbourne, nor the finest. There is no physical shop, business or online manager in Australia. 2. A dress ordered was a) the wrong colour/significantly different to the online picture b) completely see-through: not evident in any photos and not mentioned in the description I followed up and was told that I would need to send the item back to China at my cost, even though the mistake is theirs. I refuse to do this as companies in China simply do not pick their parcels up from Customs, because there is a fee. They claim that the parcel never arrived and Aust Post tracking does not work. I was offered 15% back of a considerable cost. It’s not enough. I have now escalated the complaint with Pay Pal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . Everything about them is deceptive.
