Do not buy melitta – The worst and overpriced coffee machine. Too many breakdowns, too expensive to fix, coffee taste really bad, you can't control anything in the machine, any small change (like the price) will cost you a load of money. Not a customer popular choice, since I bought the machine 3 years ago, didn't sell much coffee. The worst decision I ever made. I'm writing this, to stop you if you planning to buy one. I had so many fights with the Australian branch of this company, they are the worst.

Stay away from this company! – Prices are way over priced and the machines constantly break down. Sales company says you need to use their cleaning products to keep warranty however I have learned this is not the case. Their coffee beans is off very low quality and is not kept in a cool and dry environment leading to a very bitter taste for the users. Furthermore staff members are unprofessional and do not offer any decent assistance with the machine

Worst thing ever – By far the most expensive waste of money ever! They are great to deal with until the machine has problems (it boy oh boy dose it have problems) Critical error after cleaning Too much water in the bowl Grinder stops working Just a few to get my point across So if you are looking for a new machine for your business I’d recommend you stay away from it As well as the melitta branded coffee itself as it was roasted over a year ago and has over a year and a half on its use by date so if you know anything about coffee it’s best before 12 months and not black and oily

Expensive to maintain – Very Good coffee machine makes good coffee. But expensive interms of regular maintanace and reprogramming. They program it in such a way that you can not make minor changes e.g prices. got to call the specialist costs you approx $300 for 30min job. Other expenses to be added
