I delt with Jerry Arjo. I was very impressed with his customer service. Jerry didn't try to oversell to me he wasn't pushy. He brought over to Brighton the car I was looking for. No obligation at all. I drove the car and I was impressed the safety on the car is absoloutly amazing and Jerry explaining everything to me ,was perfect. It was hard… Read more

to let my Cabriolet go but I need the updated safety on the car. I have bought two other car in the past from Mercedes South Melbourne , and I have never received the customer service Jerry has given me. I wouldn't hesitate to Highly recommend Jerry his people skills were great and personable. WELL DONE JERRY.

Recently had our C200 repaired in the body shop and serviced at the same time. Klein Adam was communicative, courteous and professional. We were advised of estimated length of repairs and updated throughout the process. The service content was explained and the car was returned clean inside and out with a seamless process. Thank you

Our family has a number of Mercedes that are all serviced by Mercedes Benz Brighton Service Dept and the service we receive is great, we deal with Samuel Kecskes and he always goes that extra bit to make sure we’re happy and any issues have been addressed.

[Content Removed] Salesman – Looks like they employed a lemon or a [Content Removed] salesman at Mercedes Brighton. Just received a message on text from the salesman advising "old couple from Lara wanting a GLA250, asking 33K for theirs, said we ripped them off last time, grumpy old [Content Removed]" I think he is talking about my husband. Can't wait for this Karma to back on him.

Mercedes Benz Brighton - Sales – I purchased my first Mercedes vehicle from this dealership in August 2023. It is a brand new A 250 4MATIC Hatchback model. I am pleased with both the car and the assistance provided by the sales staff in my decision-making process. I found them to be patient and courteous at all times. The modern-day technology the vehicle contains requires a bit… Read more

of a learning curve for someone my age. On delivery, the salesperson ensured he answered my questions and explained them in detail. One or two subsequent visits after delivery were also met with the same degree of response. I am happy with my experience with the sales team and can recommend them to others.

Warranty Of Parts – Further to our discussions please find attached report and Invoice of works done by Brighton Mercedes on the all shock absorbers and now they have failed within the warranty expiring in 2022 on my V 8 Coupe The Vehicle has only traveled approx. 25,000 km since the shockers have been replaced. I Asked Brighton Mercedes in Good will gesture to replace them and I was even prepared to contribute, they declined. Disappointed Peter

Warranty item not identified – I own a c350 and the timing chain was making noises at start up since new. Mercedes serviced the vehicle for nine years, yet never advised me that within the warranty period, a rectification was available. I took the car to Mercedes Melbourne and they advised the engine now needs major work. Mercedes Brighton is a private franchise dealer whose service department cannot be relied upon

Horrible service, poor communication. Never again – Have had two separate experiences with Mercedes service dept at Brighton and both were horrendous. This is my first Mercedes I have owned and although I absolutely LOVE the car itself but dealing with Mercedes Brighton is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had and I owned a Subaru beforehand (that speaks volumes). First I tried… Read more

signing the vehicle profile over. Was given the run around by both Mercedes Me and the dealer. Each assigning blame and responsibility to the other party. Then I took it in for a couple of recalls and a warranty issue. I booked and took vehicle in early in the morning on the agreed date and time. By 3.30pm I had heard nothing back. Having to work nightshift that night, I rang them. Nothing. At 5.30 I finally get a call back stating vehicle wont be ready until the following day leaving me stranded without a vehicle for that night and the following morning with school drop offs ect. I ask them in light of the stuff around how am I going to get my vehicle back. They had no answers. Begrudgingly I get on to them the next day and they eventually sent someone around to drop off the car later in the day without so much as a sorry. I am still waiting to hear back on a warranty issue with replacing the battery and I have called and left messages with my customer service advisor and he doesn't return calls. Have escalated the issue to the service manager through the spare parts employee, via email as nobody is picking up the phone or returning my calls, and still nothing. Will be contacting the ACCC as this is beyond appalling. I take the vehicle to Amstar Moorabbin for most of the service now and I simply cant fault them. The only problem is having to deal with Mercedes Brighton for all warranty and recall matters. Dont bother. Worst dealership and service dept to deal with by a country mile. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Professional, assisting, welcoming – I have been a customer of Mercedes Brighton for many years and I will remain a customer for many more! The service is professional, courteous and respectful irrespective of how much your Mercedes purchase is worth. I have had globes changed and other services to my car that were looked into immediately, yes, I am a female and I have not… Read more

experienced any unprofessionalism, nor was I ever duped. I have relaxed in their customer area and have observed how professional all of their employees are to all new and existing customers. Courtesy car offered, drop offs offered and no selling or car service booking pressure, greatly appreciated in these COVID times.

Expensive but service is what you pay for – You'll pay more than average when you service with Mercedes, but the service makes everything worth while. Was offered a loan car, coffee and my car came back cleaned. Definitely bringing my car here all the time

$320.00/hour Service Charge, Highway Robbery? – I wanted to replace a sloppy ignition barrel and was told that for the owner's security that it could only be completed at a Mercedes dealership. I contacted Mercedes Brighton and was initially charged for the hardware, barrel and two keys and the installation was completed after the hardware arrived. I had been advised that the replacement was… Read more

straightforward and was very surprised when I was charged $1,200.00 to have the ignition barrel installed and keys linked. I was not happy with the explanation of the charge when I collected the vehicle and followed up with their service manager. I found the communication from him to be extremely poor, slow, lacking in detail and it appeared that he was reluctant to provide me with any detailed information on the work completed. Three weeks later and after having to follow up the matter a couple of times I was given a brief breakdown and advised that they charge $320.00 an hour. From reviewing this job for a similar vehicle on YouTube and speaking with a mechanic who has performed this work in the past I am convinced that I was overcharged. To add salt to the wound I have just checked my credit card statements and find that I have been charged $157.12 more than what is on their invoice. Another follow up and they confirm that I have been overcharged and entitled to a refund of $130.34. Don’t forget the credit card fees! No apology or explanation to the error. I guess it’s the service that I have come to expect. (A week later and still no refund in my account!) In all I was charged over $2,300.00 for parts and labour. Highway robbery? Certainly not a fair price in my opinion.

Don’t bother – I had my Airbags replaced by this company and since I got it back it now comes up with a drivers airbag fault intermittently. I wrote to Mercedes Benz Australia to see if I can get it checked out from another dealership closer to me but of course there was a charge, go figure! Safety isn’t a priority for this company or they would’ve given me back my car with a fault which it never had in the first place.

Hopeless, will not buy Mercedes again – Took my 5 year old car in for its regular service, and paid almost $800 for the privilege. Within days the engine light was on, and it required a new NOX sensor ($2K), and then a rear windscreen. The service person went on holidays before the job was finished and a half day job took 3 days, without anyone communicating this to me! A week later,… Read more

the engine light was on again on a family holiday, a second NOX sensor repaired in Mildura, where they told me they often needed replacing together and that they would do this routinely. Mercedes Brighton don’t offer any apology. I’m trading my car in, but the quote they gave (which again was requested and took 4 weeks to get a number) was 60% of the value I have received for used car dealer elsewhere! Save yourself time and hassle and buy your car elsewhere!

Happy – Happy with the service at Brighton, nice dealership staff try to be pleasant and helpful, 4 starts because price was a little more than I hoped it would be. I guess that normal when servicing cars

Not performing full service – Scheduled vehicle to have airbags replaced and also had organised to have a service. Paid nearly $900 for a service which also included a break oil change. After the service inspected works carried out most of or should I say all the inspection and lubrication of hinges etc was not carried out spare tyre had only 26 psi should be 60 psi for a van.… Read more

Basically paid for an oil change. After a phone call to Mercedes they where very embarrassed. Previous to this vehicle was sent for panel repairs costing $4000 plus had to take it back as only part vehicle was polished making repair stand out. Nice cars but dodgy service and panel divisions. Won't be going back.....
