leather needs a bit of maintenance, nothing new. Unlike leather furniture I bought from a well-known provider, for a similar price, which leather started coming out at the seams one year after purchase.

Great Quality – Impressed with the quality of my couch, it looks absolutely incredible. My family is loving it and it's extremely comfortable. Really happy with how the staff at Merry's Furniture were helpful and guided us in choosing the right colour matching our neutral tones of our home. Awful experience all round - terrible quality and disgraceful customer service – Bought two couches for $3600 and all 4 reclining mechanisms very stiff, told bad luck no replacement mechanisms for 3 months and causes them extra stress never once an apology. Show details

Very poor – Told 8 to 10 weeks wait. now 13 weeks and still at least 2 more weeks. Pathetic mob. I wouldn't recommend you buy from these guys. Misinformation all round so regret buying from them. Show details

Cheap Chinese rubbish – The service was excellent but we were not advised until the last minute that the suite was made in China & would take 5 weeks to arrive. recliners went really flat & seats sloped from front to back making it really uncomfortable. We then placed cushions behind our backs to avoid back ache. The settee got very little use, only when we had visitors , but amazingly the stuffing flattened quickly in that too.

We had to replace the suite after only a few years compared to the locally made Dankz which lasted 3 times as long

Will not be purchasing from there again. Have now purchased Lazy boy which is made in Thailand ( another disappointment) but to their specifications so fingers x.

Still great 12 years on! – My husband bought 2 leather lounges from Merry's 12 years ago and we both bought a modular leather lounge 9 years ago. pride in looking after things, but we are really happy and would recommend Merry's products. They are also very reasonably priced.
