Scam jewellery – Terrible quality that doesn't match photos. I've reported them to the ACCC for false advertising. The iconic should be ashamed to be partnering with such a scam company.
Giveaway Winner – My daughter won a Christmas giveaway that Mestige hosted on Instagram and Facebook. The prize was an Advent Calendar bracelet and I was disappointed that it didn’t arrive before Christmas. In fact it still hasn’t arrived and it’s February. My correspondence is being ignored. no jewellery in the candle – I was given a Mestige jewellery candle for christmas as a gift. I was very disappointed when, the candle burned down there was no hidden jewellery. the jewellery by post. I stated that the excitement is the reveal of the jewellery in the candle and asked for a replacement candle. I was promised this both times but as yet, am still waiting for this. I have contacted them several times by email and also on their facebook page and they have continued to ignore me, which I find to be very rude and frustrating.
Not sure why anyone would put a good review on their page if the customer service is non existent.
I have given a 1 star review because the candle was lovely with a great fragrance on burning but obviously not a full review because of the missing jewellery.
Disappointed – I saw this necklace on the Iconic and thought it would be perfect as a Christmas present. It arrived today (23 December) and looks nothing like the photo. It looks cheap and terrible. these are Swarovski crystals.
Due to this now I will have to find another present as I am not willing to gift this to anyone. Will never buy this brand again.
Looks cheap, poor quality. Does not look like Swarovski – Very poor quality. Looks like toy jewelry. Nice box however. Very cheap looking stones and metal. Not Swarovski. Do not waste your time or money.

No quality here! – I bought one of Mestige's Floating Charm necklaces in rose gold with Swarovski crystals. Looked absolutely beautiful in the pic & had been marked down from $100 to $80. had not used any fragrance or creams on my neck so it has to be the poor quality of the plating. I realise that plating will eventually wear off but after 2 days???!!! So very disappointing. :( I have not asked for a refund as I could buy another chain to put it on & save myself the hassle of trying to get a refund. I wanted to warn others that their web site does have some beautiful pieces but the quality is dreadful!

Favourite Jewellery Brand – So in love with Mestige jewellery! They have amazing customer service so helpful and fast at responding. Their products are such good quality, I have the best collection going and am adding to it every chance I get

Amazing quality, love my gift! – I just received my Mestige Sophia Charm Set as a gift and I love love love it. The quality is great, it came with the Swarovski tag so you know it is authentic. I would highly recommend this brand to others and will be heading straight to the site to see what other goodies I can buy for myself.
