I guess what I m trying to say is: MK Smart watches may last for 12 months if you are lucky. After that, they can't help with it all should you have any problems as their equipment is suddenly outdated instead they will make you to have replacement as "kind gesture" so you pay more money. I recommend you to think twice before you purchase bcuz as great as MK is with other stuff like bags etc their smart watches aren't that compatible. My advice is do Not buy their smart watches unless you don't mind spending money for commodities with short life battery and don't mind not having any technical support from MK.

and the same problem occurred. Michael Kors refuses to assist because it was 1 week out of warranty when I contacted them, and by the time I got a response from them, and contacted fossil group to have it repaired it was 3 weeks out of warranty. Don’t waste your money, it is a poor quality product, and they offer poor customer service when it breaks.

There are better – I love the look and the styling options the watch offers but in terms of functionality, I believe the other smartwatches in this price bracket have way more features and ease of use. I personally wanted a smart watch that looked beautiful and had the basics. The Sophie fit the bill and I am definitely not disappointed with it but surely don't love it. Show details

Not worth the money! – Extremely dissatisfied, after 3 months my smartwatch stopped counting steps, then touch screen would not work and now a week later it no longer charges. It is not worth the money

Average – This is such a gorgeous watch with heaps of options to change the faces of the watch, has everything you need in terms of stop watch, timer, weather, alarm, answering calls ect. You can even connect your Instagram or faceback to it and can even get Snapchat notifications. The charging process is easy however the battery does die quick and it does disconnect from your smart phone constantly have to reconnect.  Show details

Cant live without – Ive had my watch for a year and cant live with out it. The features are amazing and voice to text is very accurate. Range of customizing the faces and what u see on the watch is incredible. Even customer service to repair it when i broke the screen blew me away.  Show details

Great design!! Couple of minor issues though – Looks great to wear and constantly complimented on it however not the most practical item to wear to the gym or to track exercise. Battery life on this need great improvement as it only seems to last a day at best without battery dying. Also find it too easy to know the touch screen and change the clock face.  Show details

Lovely looking watch – Lovely looking watch but that’s about as far as it goes. Was working fine with my iPhone 6s but I cannot connect it to my iPhone 8+. Seems as though many other people are having the same issue but neither MK or Apple seem to be fixing the issue. I didn’t pay almost $600 for a smart watch that I can literally only use to tell the time. If i didn’t want all the bells and whistles I would have purchased a $10 watch from Kmart!
