that Michael Kors is a premium brand known for quality and durability. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing.
Within just one year of normal use, the threads from the handle started coming loose, and the stitching around the Michael Kors lock/sachet began coming apart. The bag now looks worn and poorly maintained, even though it has been used carefully. For a handbag in this price range, this level of quality is simply unacceptable.
I contacted Michael Kors customer service at HelpDesk@MichaelKors.com but have not received any response to date. The lack of acknowledgement or follow-up is equally frustrating.
We own other premium brands such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci, and have never faced such quality issues. On the rare occasions when we needed support from other brands, the matter was handled promptly and professionally. In this case, neither the dealer nor the company has provided any assistance.
Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales service. I expected much better from a global brand like Michael Kors.

They are selling not good quality. I compared the sunglasses I purchased from them w/ the sunglasses I purchased from Coach and I’ve noticed a big difference. exchange it eventhough I told them that no one told me that there is a certain time to return it and yet still won’t allow to exchange it. Very poor service to buyers.

paperwork about this situation to my bank and they sent me back 2 letters now saying the merchant isn't responding!! My comments get deleted on Facebook cause they don't want customers knowing they are scamming. I have reached out to customers service back in December and they have all the information but I get emails but no fix to the issue. This company does not have there crap together. If they did this would be fixed already. I know I'm not the only one who's had issues now with orders getting paid and never received. They apparently want to lose customers. Fine with me but since I got ripped off i will make it public!! I have every right too! The hassle the headache this has made. They don't care.so they got and extra $88.90. Following days, went back to store wanted to get refund for a non-leather sneaker I bought, but store manager refused to refund me only accept exchange. So, this is a big lesson. Buying from this store, once they get your money, they don’t care about you anymore and this was very upsetting my shopping experience at MK. I sweared would never ever buy anything from this store again.

right as a consumer to get it corrected. MK store manager refused to refund me and even try to intimidate me by calling security simply because I insisted for a refund.
So the lesson is to watch out carefully with what MK offers. Once they get your money, they don’t care about you anymore. It was a very upsetting shopping experience. I would never ever buy anything from MK again and I will ask all my friends and family to boycott this brand.

Chadstone and the staff were rude and lectured me on the damage not being a manufacturing fault. I believe the quality not to be up to scratch, quite literally after wearing them to walk to the park. I'm appalled

Bad quality shoes – Purchased sneakers from them only three weeks ago. Worn once and discovered They were so uncomfortable and cut into my small toe. admitted it was because the style I had chosen was thicker fabric. I am unabake to wear the shoes. The assistant said that “as it was her opinion it was not a fault” that they could not return them. I paid over $200 for these sneakers which I had intended to wear as an everyday shoe given I have had a similar style from another brand in the past and they are very versatile. I even offered that rather than them have to refund me I would be happy to take the same style in the other colour which does not have the internal seam (even though that colour was not suitable). When I said that was not acceptable they advised the Brand Manager would call. I have followed up 3 times and am constantly told she will call me. So disappointing. Not just the quality but the blatant disrespect for me as a customer and they was I was patronised in the store by being told “you just have to wear them in”. As if I haven’t worn shoes in over my last 48 years! These are impossible to wear.
Crap mk smart watch – Wife paid bought mk smart watch and nothing but pain. Need constant charging,won't last 24 hour and also they advertise it as you can make calls from it .also that option not available on it.
