I am giving 1 star because the package at least arrived; the delivery itself was extremely disappointing. The parcel was thrown onto my driveway rather than being placed at the front door or in a safe place. steps away from both the letterbox and the front door, yet still chose to leave the package on the driveway and drive off.
There was clearly no care taken with the delivery, no consideration for potentially fragile items inside the package, and no concern that the parcel was left exposed and easily accessible for anyone to take. Overall, the experience showed a complete lack of care, common sense, and professionalism. Lazy delivery drivers who couldn't care two F****s about your parcel. I'm glad our cameras caught his behaviour because it shows the delivery drivers don't care.

Service was deplorable. Courier arrived after business hours, lots of "Safe" places to leave the article. This courier decides its ok to throw it in the garden bed by the roadside. Seriously?? Found the next morning by staff, box opened and products wet from overnight rain. Suggested to the company I bought the products from to not use Micro Express any more. Show details
is there a negative rating? They didnt even deliver to my address. but dumped my parcel behind the gate ( I live in a gated community) on public property and of course my parcel was stolen. For them not to even drive to my address which is on the parcel is ridiculous. and they dont even get back to you! Show details

package on my front lawn. The contents was worth $300 AUD. Just as well no on stole it. I caught one driver doing this as we have a large living room window and he could see us inside. I ran outside and caught him before he left and had a go at him. He didn’t give a [Content Removed]. This company needs to be accountable for their drivers.
Terrible delivery service. Left parcel in driveway right next to front gate in plain sight - anyone walking past could have easily taken it. Did not even bother to ring door bell - I was home so would have heard it. My parcel that supposedly came from Sensory Toys Australia has NOT been delivered it has been in Adelaide for over 2 days so i put the tracking number in and it tells me it's an invalid tracking number so i guess i have been scammed. I don't know why place use couriers that are not well known what happened to good old Australia Post so i guess my great grandsons present won't be delivered, absolutely disheartened.
