Michael is an absolute legend, ran into some computer issues that I tried repairing myself and created some more issues then initially had. Michael was able to help get them resolved in reasonable time and also at a really good price compared to everyone elses quoted prices :)

How dare you return my phone like this – IPhone X had what looked like ink leaking at the top corner of the screen,so took it in to get the screen replaced,when I got the phone back, the bottom of the screen didnt work,so I took it back again, because of the warranty,and I was told it would take week to replace the screen.As I need my phone,I asked if I could have my money back,and take my phone elsewhere. I only got a partial refund, and my phone was given back to me with no screen and the screws and internals in a bag. Needless to say I am disgusted, and this is the second time they have destroyed a phone I have given them, the first time they wiped all my memory, and i lost all my contact and precious photos of my children, which I can never get back. Never again, thanks for nothing guys.
Great Find – I had actually purchased a phone battery on line and was changing the battery myself. However, I discovered that a couple of the screws were just to small for me as I am not young anymore. I looked for a phone shop and found Microfix. I went there and asked if they could finish the job installing the new battery and they agreed They could have asked for a lot more than they did, the price was very reasonable considering they install batteries.
I picked it up in 1 hour and it was all good and has never missed
Similarly, my wife had an issue with her laptop and they fixed it , on time and a very reasonable price
This will now be a go to store for any repairs and I did notice they sold some things like phone cables etc which were well priced
