Love this machine – Received this machine as a house warming gift and it is wonderful. Within a month of purchasing it the machine started having problems but one phone call and a technician came out to the house and replaced a board completely covered under warranty. Since then it has run like a dream. Simple and easy to use with a clear instruction manual. The coffee is great too. Makes a great coffee. Easy to use and clean. Looks good. No way to remove the base tray to allow for extra large cups (like travel mugs).
