Great choice 3 burner gas cooktop – I’m very happy I chose the 3 burner as opposed to a 4 burner gas cooktop with the easy clean glass surround. We’ve used it from new for 10 months now. The 4 burner which I once had, was impossible to cook with 4 pots and difficult to position 3 pots or pans simultaneously. The spacing f the 3 burners is very well thought out for easy cooking with 3 different pots or pans at the same time. Very easy to clean after use with the glass surrounding base with just warm water.we are thrilled with it. Also comes with a wok pot holder.

If user follows then should be fine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzD_Z2BKrc0 For example, do not clean while hot, turn off if spill sugar etc then wait till cooled down, and use the right cleaning products on it. And as I am unsure Miele would make this clearly if there is a recurring problem as suggested by other reviews.

Cooks food ok, impossible to clean – This is a great looking cooktop. At least it is when you first install it. Take a picture at that point because it will never look this good again. The cooktop works fine, the big burner is great, and the other two do the job. The problem is that you just cannot clean the surface. We have used many different products and techniques, even with the miele ceramic cooktop cleaner, scraper and microfiber cloths, it is virtually impossible to clean it. There are always streaks left on it. Closest we have come to getting in clean was just with water and paper towel, and about 15 minutes of continuous cleaning. I would love to hear from Miele about how this thing is supposed to be cleaned. I would never purchase a ceramic cooktop after this, go with stainless if you are reading this looking to purchase.

The other problem I have and this was the same with my last Miele cooktop, the rubber feet on the cast iron burner supports always fall out or perish. It means the place you rest your pan on is never level and wobbles around. They certainly aren't designed to last more than a few weeks. The first one went missing after a couple of weeks. I'm sure you can get replacement parts but I wouldn't expect to do that after only a few weeks of use.
