Excellent – If your after a vacuum that actually works I highly reccommend it! Plus, dont look at the cat and dog, buy this it has everything the cat and dog has, plus more (minus the powerhead) We love!! Great suction. Great onboard tools. Love the HEPA filter. Absolutely love the feature on the head which glows a colour, either green, amber or red at any one time to let you know how dirty the floor is. Its is extremely accurate and fast.

Suction is 100% even when the bag is full. The fact the powerhead does not come with it, its an additional accessory to purchase.

Excellent – Best purchase I've made, extremely happy with the cleaner, after this experience I will never bother with anything else other than Miele. It's cleaning capability is superior to other vacuum cleaners I've had. My wooden floors feel squeaky clean. The red, orange, green light lets you know that it is working its magic. I love that it picks up all sorts of pet hairs - we have 2 cats one long haired. The white colour I also like, no hideous colours for me! It's light and easy to move about with. Highly recommend. At some point like all cleaners hair gets stuck in the head bristles. It would be good to get the bristles replaced if possible. Note: this is a problem with every cleaner on the market.
