I recently had Ghost II immobilizer installed in my Toyota Kluger, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mike provided absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the installation. Before choosing… Read more
Mike, I shopped around and compared prices, and his pricing was very reasonable—especially considering the level of service he provides. He was punctual, efficient, and the installation was done perfectly.
If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, fairly priced, and truly committed to great customer service, I highly recommend Mike. I’m extremely satisfied and would 100% use his services again.
Quick, easy and affordable – Mike arranged a suitable place and time to meet. He was friendly and efficient, and his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business. Show reply
Super Professional – I don’t normally bother to leave reviews but this guy deserved it. Great communication via FB messenger and text message prior to coming out. Don’t call him as he’s probably either driving or working on a car. Gave accurate notice of how long he would be once he left his last job. Arrived, Got the job done, 2 keys cut and programmed in 20 mins and we were both on our way. I have no hesitation in recommending him to get a tricky job done. Show reply

Worst Experience – Lost porsche cayenne car keys. Came out 2 days later was the most expensive completed the job then gave me a cheap key that wasn't even an oem porsche key not even a fake porsche key rather a $10 generic key. Flattened my battery fingermarks all over my glass then offered me my money back. Lost keyless entry and his response was just use your… Read more
remote. My battery is less than 2 years old Bosch battery had the horn going for 25 mins then jump started me and left me stranded that night. This is a short version *******StAY CLEAR FROM THIS [Content Removed] LYING LOCKSMITH WHO HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND IS DISHONEST*******I have provided photos of him tricking me thinking I'm going to get a porsche key asking me what type I had which I had lost confirming the key type then he came out opened the car spent 39 mins cutting key hooking up computer etc then at the end look at the key he gives me. Extra Key for Honda CRV – Mike arrived on time - very business like - no chat- polite - completed within 30 minutes - checked new key operation - worked perfectly - paid bill and gave some advice about operating key efficiently and Mike then left. Very happy.
This Guy Is So Unreliable!! – I contacted Mike's Auto Keys as referred to by a customer. We then both then came to an agreement to meet on a Friday @ 8am at my mechanics. I obviously had no car so I had to ride my push bike in the rain to meet Mike on that Friday. I was there at 10 to 8, I then sent Mike a message asking him if he was on his way he then replies with,… Read more

Rude, disrespectful to [Content Removed] and bad quality keys. Do not use!! – I never post bad reviews but this guy [Name Removed] is so rude and disrespectful. I bought a replacement key 14 months ago for $150. I called him last week as the battery wasn’t working and 2 independent key/watch ships had tried to replace the battery unsuccessfully. One of the shops told me that he had jammed in the car chip in such a bad way,… Read more
that they didn’t want to touch it as they were to scared to damage it. My appointment with [Name Removed] was at 7am and luckily my phone was on as he texted ans told me to be ready half an hour earlier as he was busy. This was not a polite request but just a statement. It was followed up again by a text to tell me to be outside in 10 min and on arrival another text rudely demanding I needed to be outside. He rushed through the replacement t and when I started to ask some questions and told him I had been to two shops, his demeaned turned rude and arrogant, telling me he had never had to come out to someone before and all those ‘Mister Minutes’ were crap. After paying $65 for the battery and using the key for a day, it stopped working and I texted him if he could please make another appointment as the key/battery was not working. Immediately, I got a text stating it was not the battery and he could come out and give me a new key for $275!! I told him that makes no sense and I wanted my money back. He told me my key had been purchased 14 months prior and was out of warranty and he would not give me a new appointment to look at the battery. He then blocked me straight away.
Replacement of BMW key – 300 dollar key worked intermittently during warranty period. Came tested it and told me that he can’t claim it under warranty therefore there is nothing wrong with it . Refused to replace or give me my money back. No wonder there are wonderful reviews on his Facebook and Instagram page! As soon as I put a review up he deleted the post . Buyer Beware
