Be very careful purchasing from this company. They do not offer refunds as part of their standard policy — only store credit or exchanges. Given the premium price point, that’s a major risk, especially because their sizing is not true to standard measurements and the fit is very specific. In my case, the item did not fit correctly. What followed… Read more

was weeks of frustration. Multiple emails were ignored, and I received little to no meaningful response. It wasn’t until I stated that I would be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria that the matter was finally taken seriously.

After nearly six weeks of repeated follow-ups, I eventually received a refund — but only after significant effort on my part.

For a company charging high prices, the lack of reasonable refund policies and poor communication is disappointing. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing.

If I could score them 0, I would. Purchased a tshirt a size larger than what I usually wear, being X-large however the XL seemed to fit like an S. Figuring my body type wouldn’t suit the a bigger size given the cut I returned the product expecting a refund, however, they do not offer a return for change of mind. Avoid. Show details

Size charts are off shirt was way to small. Would expect better since the price for 1 shirt is crazy expensive. Show details

Customer service and delivery were really disappointing. I waited weeks for the initial delivery, and when it arrived the fit was extremely small. I requested an exchange but didn’t receive any response to my email for weeks, I finally found a page on their site which had exchange instructions. I paid to return the item, per the instruction. … Read more

Nearly a month later, I received an “exchange” that contained long sleeve tops, which I didn’t order.

I appreciate that Black Friday likely caused a surge in orders, but I would have expected the brand to be resourced for this. Delays and errors like this shouldn’t become the customer’s problem.

I will back up the only other review this company has and say their singlet is made for children's sizing. Asked to return the singlet for a refund and was advised this was fine, only to be denied once the item was received back by the company. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from this brand. Show details

I bought a few tees and singlets from this brand during their Black Friday sales. Unfortunately their sizing information is way off, and even having sized up the tees cut into my armpits. They do advertise returns, but if you look at the policy, they only offer an exchange or store credit. For an online-only company selling clothing that doesn't… Read more

match their own sizing guide, that seems insufficient compared to current standards.

Regarding quality, the materials aren't what I expected for the cost. Asking $80 for one T-shirt sets a high bar, and the product doesn't meet it. I feel this brand isn't worth the investment.
