8ah forge battery failed for the second time, they replaced it but now the brand new battery has no warranty at all. Warranty starts at the time when you originally buy the product, it should start as soon as you receive the replacemant. $430 battery with no warranty, horrible customer service and they are just taking the p*ss. If they stand by… Read more

their products, they would change the warranty period. Business has hundreds of products and will seriously think twice about buying anything from them ever again. Not happy at all.

I purchased a Milwaukee heated jacket, and a 12v drill impact driver/drill combo.I received my extra redemption batteries by filling out an online form. I received my 5amp and 3 amp 12v batteries in a week. My purchase was from Total Tools Minchinbury N.S.W. Milwaukee did state that it would take between six and eight weeks to receive batteries via redemption so was pleasantly surprised.

I purchased a m18fac-0 compressor in 2021. It had about 10 hours of work when it failed to start. Trade tools sent it to Milwaukee and they replied with no parts available when the exact same model in on the shelf. Too expensive to fix, but a new one.

Very poor customer service by Milwaukee Tools Australia: I bought a Milwaukee hedge trimmer 18V skin on 7 December 2025 during their promotion, which included a free 12V fuel hedge trimmer. However, it could only be done by submitting my redemption claim online through Milwaukee Tools Australia's . I did that straight away when I got home. After I… Read more

have finished the claim I got a message on my PC screen to say my claim has been "successfully" received and it will take between 8 to 10 weeks to deliver it to me. I never received any email nor SMS about it. Since I have not heard anything from Milwaukee Australia nor have I received the goods, I contacted their customer service to find out about the status of my redemption. It took them more than 3 days for them to reply from their customer service name called Kly. All they said to me was they have rejected my claim and no explanation was given. I went to the retailer Total Tools in Windsor Garden in South Australia. They gave me a customer service phone number. I contacted them and their customer service lady told me she could see the email chains and there was a note to say my claim is not on their system. She also said she was not authorised to do anything, i.e only answered phone call, and suggested to reply to their email. I told them that the problem was caused by their system which did not record my claim. I did that on the 24 February 2026 and to this date I have not received any reply. I suspect they couldn't be bothered to reply. I felt like that the promotion was a total scam. Be warned about Milwaukee Australia's promotion that involves claiming the promotion online. If you lodge your claim online take a picture of the message on your computer screen. Shame on Milwaukee Australia's customer service.

Purchased an 18v pruning saw and the product is amazing (no complaints at all) but tried to redeem for a free battery (included in the deal) and absolutely cannot seem to get any response from Milwaukee Australia as to why my claim will not lodge. I have tried to contact customer service a number of times via telephone and email and still no… Read more

Milwaukee have dropped the ball, we have over 25 Milwaukee power tools (pictured), had a problem with an accessory to one of our new tools, NEW Track saw, the front guide rubber came off, we couldn't finish the job for other tradies scheduled to… Read more

come in, consequently costing us $1000 a day down time penalty. We are 1 hours drive each way from a Milwaukee service center, we offered to pay for a new part and then get a credit when Milwaukee inspected the faulty item. Milwaukee Monday [Name Removed] not interested, said drive the 200km, Tuesday [Name Removed] we'll send the part urgently.... Friday- part not arrived - [Name Removed] said the part won't be to you until late next week nearly 2 weeks, a 6 to $7000 penalty on us. Milwaukee sent it Fedex but they can't find it??? Milwaukee reps couldn't care less. We are going to have a look at other brands who support customers. I'm Rick former Member Queensland Parliament and Justice of the Peace Qld 29years

Follow-up  · Sadly I can't give a NO STAR RATING for Milwaukee a warantee part taking 10 days for a small part to arrive, I have no trust or confidence left for milwaukee. Its clear Milwaukee don't care about us Australians maybe we are only a small part of their market, the new part must be from old stock it's already staring to peel off.

Bought 4 one key products and added all to the app. Owned for a year. Lost my impact driver, logged into one key and lo and behold there are no tools in my inventory. Contacted them about it and their response has been absolute rubbish, like they are trying to delay me. Would not buy again

Batter warranty – Hello guys. I purchased Milwaukee tool set 2020 Nov and received free battery. I haven't used much for tools and battery. It happened 2023 March, one of battery is not working properly. It was not fully charged, I didn't realize battery warranty is just 2 years, I drop the battery at totaltool and one month later, I have a message from repair… Read more

centre that delayed and will contact in 4 business days. I did receive any contact and I went totaltools and ask them how it is going and they will find out and let me know. I had a call late afternoon same day and they said battery is not repairable and they disposal my battery without any notice to me. I don't understand how they can disposal my battery with any notice. They only said it is policy. I have my AEG tools but it was never happened. AEG Customer support is much better than Milwaukee. I am not going buy Milwaukee tools anymore and say to friends and family this story and try to protect they right.
