Mima Kobi

The Rolls Royce of prams – I bought the Mima Kobi for my newborn son. Was the best pram I could find , Best looking and convenient. If you don’t like attention this may not be for you. Every time we used it , shopping, vacation, eating out or just walking around people would be staring even pointing and most would ask about it. Well made and beautiful.

MIMA KOBI DO NOT BUY! Faulty pram! Disgusting customer service – Purchased the Mima Kobi pram from Coolkidz Australia in Melbourne and it was faulty. first Mima purchase, I had previously purchased the Mima Xari with my first child so I knew something was definitely not right with my second Mima pram. Coolkidz refused to give me a refund. They offered to send me a replacement bassinet and 1x wheel, (they took 5 weeks to post it out to me) which both are still faulty. The pram is not functional at all and is UNSAFE!!!! It has been 9 weeks since my first point of contact with Coolkidz and they are STILL refusing to give me refund. Customer service rep in their office hung up on me. The general manager is always “out of the office” when I try to contact her. I attempted to contact the OWNER of Coolkidz via LinkedIn and spoke to him over the phone, who was disgustingly rude and was eating whilst talking down to me about my situation regarding this faulty pram. He is an absolute liar, telling me he is not the owner and that the owner is on a 6 month cruise and does not have internet access so therefore they are not prepared to help me any further. NO WONDER THE PRAM WAS ON SALE WITH A $300 DISCOUNT. NO WONDER I HAVE LATER FOUND OUT THAT THEY ARE DISCONTINUING THE MIMA KOBI PRAM!!!!!! Do not purchase this pram, don’t waste your time or money!

discolouration that has occurred over time and it makes the pram look super cheap which is annoying since it cost so much money. I wouldn't recommend it as a double pram to someone expecting their second child.

Looks good but really noise!!! squeaking that baby can't sleep! – Got stroller mima kobi as present 7 months ago! Used last 6 weeks (got new born 7 weeks ago). Using stroller once a week 6-7 times total. Stroller squeaks really bad, tried contact USA mima customer service to get any help but nobody replied! Maybe looking good stroller, but poorly made and very bad customer service want to exchange or return!

Love it ! – The pram is so sturdy, easy to manoeuvre. It has big wheels, so very good at shock-absorbing. Can be used as high chair in restaurants. aproach us to ask for info about it, it is easy to clean, easy to ensamble with not screws needed, easy to fold and unfold, I am glad we found mima, it makes our life so easier. Light, easy to fold and unfold, beautiful, easy to maintain. Not suitable for jogging

Great pram – I bought this pram because it's stylish and a bit unique, and I liked the capacity to use it for a second baby and toddler together. It is very easy to use and to install a compatible car capsule. It has a great turning circle, all 4 wheels come off easily so it fits in the boot of my smallish European car even with other things in there. Looks good, great turning circle, easy to use and stow.
