Basically got scammed by them – Contacted them on their website to remove some concrete. asked for money in advance within the hour. I paid and never got an invoice despite them saying they would after I paid. There was no protective fencing or any protective clothing worn while removing the supposedly asbestos filled dirt and only 1 truckload of new dirt of seen when they said they'd need multiple. After they said the job was done, we saw plants from the old dirt sticking out and call them out on it. They said we wouldn't have to pay anymore and they would do the original job of removing the concrete later as well. After 2 weeks of delay they said they weren't going to remove the concrete because the price we agreed on was too cheap and that I still owed them $1000 and more threats if I didn't pay.

Got another company later to remove the concrete and we didn't have to pay a cent until the job was done.

If for whatever reason you're using them, do not pay anything in advance and get written quotes and invoices with descriptions of what the job is what for what price so if things get pear-shaped you have written proof.

Very happy customer! – The boys gave me a fair and honest quote cheapest out of 5 quotes . They were here on time worked quick and had the job done before lunch with a great result . I would recommend mini demolition to anyone .

Paid my deposit and they showed up the next day – hi mini demolition sydney did my bathroom removal and they did an excellent job. i couldnt believe how good they were. they didnt even charge me to disconnect my plumbing. i was worried about reading the reviews about deposits being taken i cancelled the job and changed it over twice on them and i had no problems whatsoever. thanks guys keep up the good work. i hope this helps someone else out.  Show reply

Very trustworthy and very good work – Mini demolition removed my bathroom and my single car garage they did a excellent job. I paid them a deposit of 2000 dollars and had no problem with them showing up on the day. They are definitely fully licensed and insured. I would recommend this company. WARNING Do not engage this company – I paid advance for this company to come and do the job in Parramatta. [name removed] gave his contractor name and number called [name removed] and said he will attend the job. This company does not have Asbestos Class-A license to remove friable Asbestos. they picked up and never attended the job. When I called [name removed] ([phone number removed]) I said [name removed] is not returning my call after paying deposit. [name removed] immediately said he is contractor and they money paid was to his personal account and not through the company account. [name removed] used rude words to deal with [name removed]. I said Mini Demolition Sydney was referred by Oneflare along with two other company and chosen Mini Demolition Sydney (ABN 84 794 944 263) because they can start the job immediate. I asked to return my money or will report this to fair trading, oneflare and also to the police. Immediate [name removed] called me and said if I go to police he knows my property and he will come after me and will demolish the property.

I had now reported this to Oneflare and put my review so whoever sees it will know.

These sort of business must not be running in Australia. Be aware of this company and never engage them for any work. If you do have to never pay advance.
