not being at fault. It's a shame Miro are choosing to not be truthful. This shows what kind of values they really have. Miro and their trainers are NOT respected by any other training organisation, or by a large number of competent trainers. We hope that places like this are held accountable and wiped out.
***** Terrible experience here. Both trainers and assesors do not have the skills required to be trainers. One is bitter and needs to leave the industry ASAP. The other is far too green to be a trainer. They are unable to give instruction on how to reverse. All learning must be done out on public roads, with huge amounts of traffic so a lot of time is wasted just sitting and waiting for traffic to clear. 7 hours of driving time only, with about 1.5 hours is used for paperwork and driving to the truck holding yard and to get fuel, this robs you of your on road time. Trainers sit on their phone, and tell you they can't see what you're doing when you ask for help. They talk absolute rubbish about the industry as well. We paid for extra lessons, as I thought I was the problem and felt stupid. I was completely demoralised. Thankfully we found a fantastic Driving School that has logical and comprehensive training methods and I was able to exceed DOT requirements and passed my MC-A in 2 days. Please do NOT spend money here.
Satisfaction – Great place to achieve your goal learn easily the proper skills to operate a bus with their friendly polite Experienced instructors strongly recommend it to anyone who is willing to achieve a great out come. Thanks Miro.
Very bad experience – I had decided to upgrade MC license. I had very bad experiences with this centre. The problems are 1. The trainer is not good at teaching. He has no teaching plan. money. 2. The MC truck is not at the centre. We had to go to another place by car. It took 20mins for returns on first day. It was in my paid hours. 3. The truck is very old and bad. It had mechanic problem. Delayed 40mins for training that I paid for (I had to ask for compensation). But I did not get compensated. 4. The actual driving hours on the road was not more than 2.5hrs on the two days package (9hrs two day course). It was less driving hours compare to other centres. He took more time in pre-check and mid trip check. 5. The trainer said I was not ready for training (but he was so relaxing by having Avocado while I was driving) and the office asked me to do extra two hours. I understood how they do this business. I paid and made them happy. Then I did two hours. But the trainer was getting greedy and again asked me to do more hours by saying “I am not ready and” I am incompetent”. I felt like I was blackmailed although I was confident myself to do assessment. I didn’t want to do training with this trainer anymore and don’t trust this centre because of him. So I asked for refund for assessment fee. I lost a lot of money and wasted time for really nothing. 6. Overall I really don’t recommend this centre to you guys for truck training. I hope this review can save your time and money. To the training centre and Trainer, be honest and make reasonable amount of money in business for your long term image and also remember people have their own lives.

Enjoyable Couple of Days – I didn't pass my assessment first time which was disappointing but perfectly understandable. Miro have high standards and are quite strict but fair in their mission to raise driving standards. Their friendly and professional staff focused on my weaknesses, provided encouragement and as a result my skills improved to meet the required standard.

disconnect the Trailers i wound down the Legs ,unhitched the Fifth wheel and Disconnected the Airlines electrical Leads Fail eh Legs Leads then Unhitch,according to my Trainer no Problems you just go and Tell the Girls you need to rebook for Coupling and Uncoupling.One thing he the Trainer failed to Mention was the Girls in the office wont rebook without you Paying a Further $750.Oh what i havent got $750,get the Govt to Pay.Very skilled at Sucking the Average Punter and the Mature aged workers fund for all that they are Worth.Training id give them a honest 6/10,Value for Money id give them 5/10 if you are thinking about using this Company.Pay Particular attention to Trainer and Procedure in which way he wants things Done and for gods sake dont fail a Module like i did or Else get Your Wallet Out.

Great Atmosphere – Kind and welcoming staff, great atmosphere, trainers where knowledgeable and very friendly. Office lady’s were absolutely wonderful, was an all round fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend. Thanks again Miro :)
Customers are Money Cows – Extremely bullying teachers, Dodgy gearbox, dodgy vehicle, in 2 hours class, the class will start after 15 minutes, in between teachers will take 15 minutes break and finish 15 minutes earlier, the meaning is in 2 hours class for $300, you will loose $100 for doing nothing. Poor service – Reallly bad experience with this company mainly due to instructor. Was on his phone & was rude. Screamed out the window to other instructor that he would torture his student whilst I was pulling out of vehicle. Do not use.
Brilliant Training – Miro Training Centre has amazing, professional people teaching and supporting you. Great help with me obtaining my HR-B license. By far the best training I’ve experienced. Everything you need to learn and know they will make sure you do. They are as passionate about you getting to where you want to be as you are.

Miro training – I was trained by Tony who is very patient and understanding. I had a very positive experience and would recommend miro training. The assessor was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
Excellent training experience – I was trained by Paul and Mirella and they were very friendly and professional. My experience training as a bus driver was great and the instructions/teaching that Mirella gave gave me, made it easy for me to learn quickly. I greatly recommend Miro training Centre.
