Mirraw

Money taken, no products and no communication- very bad experience – I bought a few clothing items from Mirraw for over $300 that were supposed to be delivered in time to wear for a wedding. When items weren't delivered on the date, the supplier was contacted. They finally sent me dispatch information (I believe they delivered only after I contacted them). When the package was not received, I contacted them again. Further checks found that the courier delivered the package to the wrong address. I tried to resolve this matter by communicating with Mirraw and Aramex (courier), but there was no response. They don't have the option to ask for a refund either. I sent an email asking for a refund and got no reply. I am in the process of disputing the transaction with the bank. All this trouble for nothing. Do not buy from these guys.

Worst experience ever – I ordered some clothes from Mirraw company name online from India. You wouldn't believe what I had to go through. The company after 2 weeks sent me the confirmation but nothing after that. I paid $330.and all I got was messages to pay more. Someone from India hacked my email and kept sending messages for delivery charges etc. I blocked all Got a refund finally . I will never buy anything from MIRRAW ever. Please be mindful as there are so many ( hackers) in India. Not a good company as no apologies and takes too long for deliveries, refunds unless it's through PayPal.
